Rooney would not make us CL contenders. He's a fat, overweight sunday league standard player. The only reason he looks good is he plays in a quality Utd team. For England he looks like what he is, a poor quality, overrated player.

Only problem if we did do the swap, we would be extremely short on Centre Mid-fielders. If Fellaini goes and we don't get a replacement in we will have Gibson, Osman and Barkley as our only CM's

Why would people not want rooney. fat ******* maybe proven goalscorer definitely. you don't score as many goals as he is without having talent. for years you have moaned for a proven goalscorer rooney is mentioned and you say no. if rooney isn't a proven goalscorer what is. I for one would welcome him home. I don't understand why anybody would not want rooney at there club. are you an person?

If you read the post properly I've explained why I thought Rooney scored a few goals.
