Just read an article suggesting that come November/ December we will run out of cash because of our wage bill, surely if this is true, we would not be bring in new players, on what would imagine are generous contracts.
If this true, it can only be that their is high confidence in a takeover.

Everton’s finances will forever be a topic for speculation. Anything to suggest we need to sell our best players to sides from the top six or CL. It’s all the news outlets are interested in. In the meantime there’s a business to run and football games to win. I take everything written with a pinch of salt. Speculation eats away at my sanity, so I’ll confine myself to the highs and lows that my wife has to put up with come Saturday tea time.

Thankfully my wife has seen the light and is now converted to a full Evertonian, so is fully invested in the highs and lows now.
Means I got to travel up from down south for a few games last season
Looking forward to more games this season as well, already booked the Gwladys event and Roma game ?.
