Seen an article saying Gueye maybe staying with PSG. That's a blow (if true) and also perhaps indicates the deal is not as far along as thought.

it says he has turned down forest and if the transfer to us does not happen he will stay at PSG.

drissa Gueye has completed the first part of his medical in Paris, Everton are waiting for the greenlight from PSG for him complete the rest of his medical. A two-year deal has been agreed. Gueye is currently waiting for visa clearance.

Bloomin hope so. I know I sounded harsh earlier but watching them yesterday was frustrating, they did everything just about right defence and mid field but with no outlet up front. A gamble that failed. Coady on loan and if Gueye is reasonable, that gives us enough leeway for a decent striker bid.
