This consortium doesn't fill me with confidence I looked into the people involved and there not worth a great deal of money in football club ownership terms,
Am I wrong ed does anyone know there combined wealth.

{Ed002's Note - What is the relevance of their combined wealth?}

Not sure why fans can’t get the heads around that you can only spend a set amount within profit and sustainability rules?

Doesn’t matter if we get taken over by someone 20 times wealthier than Moshiri as they’ll still only be able to spend the same amount as him on players in line with profit and sustainability rules!

A new owner who is wealthier than Moshiri does not mean we can go crazy in the transfer market!

It may have been relevant in the past (Man City and Chelsea) etc but it isn’t awfully relevant now with FFP. Their ability to steady the ship, run the club better from top to bottom and increase revenue throughout is what we should be looking at. Can’t possibly comment on their ability to do that but Moshiri hasn’t really sold himself to me on that front.

Unless their wealth can open up new dreams of income, we’d be in the same old mess. Hopefully a new stadium will help generate more income but not many people are able to tap into shirt sales etc unless we start playing better and win stuff.
