I hope the delay in appointing Santo isn't down the decision and role to give Big Dunc. let him go and manage at a lower level to prove himself and then return in the future if he is successful.

I agree on that, we cannot keep him if a new manager wants to bring his own assistant manager with him, too many ex players with jobs, maybe we need to start from fresh.
