I know ed 02 said he couldn't see c. a leaving but if he did I honestly think he has bottled it of course real Madrid are bigger than us that's not the debate but surly c. a knew what the task in hand was when first signed for us more worrying if he does leave who do we go out and get there's 3 realistic managers in my opinion who could come in do the job 1 big Dunc think if anyone deserves a shot it's him showed it before c. a appointment he could get tune out players he be my ideal appointment number 2 Rafa benitez think he could bring a balance where we can. attack on the foot and also defend at same time number 3 Sean dyche I know am going to get slated but he's done wonders at Burnley and if he was named Sean dycheinho he be well at bigger club than were he is now but that's just my opinion.

{Ed002's Note - Nuno Espirito Santo would be offered to the owner via Jorge Mendes. He has already been offered to three other Premier League clubs. Jorge Mendes says Wolves could not match his ambitions.}

Sorry andy but we have to aim higher than those suggested. Santo would be an interesting one, because his side did like to attack, and they played with a lot of pace. Just think Benitez would be under to much pressure from the fans from day one.

Santo is an okay manager, but he’s not really what we should want.

This is not a dig but for me big Dunc deserves a shot before anyone every player that retires and wants to start out should be allowed to be giving the opportunity yeah maybe the Sean dyche was bit of a left field but seem to forget rafa done decent job at Newcastle just didn't have budget and didn't see many getting on Sammy lees back when he. was assistant manager but that's just my opinion.

Say if nuno was to take job ed 02 would that have any impact on Marcel brands being sporting director with JM having influence on players joining or was that wolves chairmans idea to attract Portuguese players thanks for reply mate just curious.

{Ed002's Note - Brands would have to agree any appointment.}

If we get Dunc as manager, we may aswell fold as a club.

Not being funny swan but we have been. folding for years every manager we get gets the chop. problem is some fans to inpatient what's big Dunc dome wrong for him not to offered job lampard done good at derby Gerrard at rangers done. a great job aswell whose you're opinion on next gaffer.

Worrying isn’t it! We’re in a right mess again. I think we need to go for another big name, we will be well compensated won’t we if CA goes? Plenty of successful and high quality managers out of work, can we convince them though? Antonio Conte anyone? What about a punt on Eddie Howe?

{Ed0666's Note - conte is a winner mate he won’t come to a club that doesent match his ambitions. Everywhere he goes he wins the league he won’t do that with you. I said a few weeks back Nuno or Rafa are the men for you. You have to be hard to beat build from the back and go from there Rafa and nuno will be ideal for that. Both premiership savvy with incredible footballing contacts.

I’ll tell you what he’s done to not be manager, not done anything. No disrespect but the fans who want Dunc, Neville, Unsworth or Osman as manager, are part of the reason the club is where it is, if you require a reputation as a fanbase that lacks ambition, you’ll be treated the same by the club itself.

You answered your own question Andy, Derby and Rangers?

10.) 01 Jun 2021
01 Jun 2021 15:49:20
Agreed Ed! There’s no way Conte would come to us; it’s nice to dream! Reports of Stevie G? How would that go down? I think Rafa would be great, as you say he’s a winner and we’d be very hard to beat.

{Ed0666's Note - I wouldn’t have Gerard at Liverpool just yet let alone Everton. He needs to keep winning or him to get plumb jobs which Everton is. Rafa or Nino for me.

Do you think Brands would be open to Santo ed?

{Ed002's Note - I really don't know.}

Rangers are a big club so not sure about answering my own question and reason we are in this mess is managers buying bang average players they get the sack then next managers comes in and does the same now look this my opinion so don't shoot the messenger but we can all agree that club has been folding for years so hopefully the next appointment can solve the current issue another who should be considered is marcel biesla done great job at leeds.

Rangers play in a crap league. Do you remember what happened to Celtics manager when he tried to step up?
Rangers would struggle in our Championship, never mind the Prem.

Even if it's still a crap league he has still done a good job all I said is former players can do decent jobs if giving the chance and no idea to why you're going on about how crap league is that's not the issue issue is how do you or I know if Dunc got job that he can or can't do it am not changing my views or opinions just to suite others on here to if you don't like my opinions don't reply back haha.
