Hi Ed, any truth in the rumour Everton are interested in Alexandru Cicaldau and do you think the Premier league would suit him.

{Ed002's Note - I know nothing of the player really but I don’t see how he would get a Work Permit in England without Everton paying well over the odds.}

That’s interesting Ed, how have the rules changed for EU players? . Are they subject to the same rules as none EU players now since we’ve left? .

{Ed002's Note - Yes, the UK loses all exceptions as well, which means that the English sides will no longer be able to sign 16/17 year olds from the European Union after this window. Work Permits will be required for players from the EU as well.}
