Can any off the edds tell us a bit about this vitor pereira and is it a good choice never heard much about him?

{Ed002's Note - Vitor Pereira would be the choice of the second and most recent advisor - he is a journeyman coach who might be interested in taking thge job for a year or two - given the first choice isn't. He is coaching a club in China right now - I don't recall which.}
