Why signing big name players names don't win the league look at man utd Tottenham and the other crowd what wins you the league and other trophies are a team of players totally committed to each other not big time charlies who think the world revolves around them ( lukaku) just look at Leicester there big name players were the ones with the most letters in there surname on the back of there shirts yet they still beat everyone including those named above to the title so once again i say big name players don't always win the big things although they help i agree but there not the end of the world if they don't sign koeman will get it right no matter who he buys have patience and it will arrive coyb.

I think what will happen, ideally, is we will pick up one or two big names plus a couple of players we never even been linked with who are up and coming plus promote a few from the youth set up.

Going to be a very interesting summer for us blues. We going to win some, lose some but come 1st September, we will still support whoever pulls on the royal blue jersey.

Fatdave knows about as much as his username suggests he would know.

Lukaku to Chelsea
£60 over 5 years.

All transfers between premier league clubs have to be paid within 2 years. These rules were formalized a while back.

Everton refused Lukaku's 70mil release clause in his contract. That's why he didn't sign it.

Why would Everton refuse the clause and then agree to sell him for 10mil less in the summer? Not to mention agreeing to an illegal money over 5 years deal.

And big names don't always mean success. Gueye has been an amazing signing this year and nobody knew how good he was going to be,
