Press reckon spuds looking to open talks with lukaku for a transfer fee of 15 million.

For 15 million i'd like to think we'd be 1st choice and go for him along with Bony or a.n.other.

Bargain at 15 million just as long as bobby can develop him.

With all due respect ED, football is business there is no way Chelsea would not accept a bid from Everton if we matched another teams bid, regardless if we offered Ross or not

Ross has surely got to be double the price of Romelu.
Would Chelsea sell to spuds? I'd like to think Romelu would choose us, but I am still a believer in morals and not the money mercenaries.
