Absolute shambles so far, no plan b, we are being harassed and bullied and in fact should be down to 10 men, terrible challenge from Barkley, Naismith is absolutely useless and Jelamiss should have stayed on the team bus, then again i'm supprised he didn't miss that as well!

Shameful Supporter you are kurajan.

Always keep your moans to a minimum until the game is over. First half was generally rubbish for both teams but we always had the better play in the second and looked the most likely to come away with the result. COYFB! (Wavertree Blue)

Shameful supporter? Why because I said it as it was? Because u didn't watch the first half with blue tinted glasses? And you obviously didn't read my post when the game was finished ( which is on the banter page)

First half we were shocking, obviously Bobby agreed that Naisey and Jellyman where shocking too cause he hauled them off! And as for Barklrys tackle, it was horrendous and over the top, if it was on one of our players we'd by in uproar!

He should have waited until the match was over before stating his opinion, but he does make some good points. I am very, very happy with the result and second half performance, but both Jelavic and Naismith simply are not good enough to be paid for what they do, never mind be in the top flight. We will not see the best of Jelavic unless we completely change our system again and Naismith is just a farce. Ross' tackle wasn't great, but there was no malice. So far, our plan A has been lovely, but I think we do need to think up a plan B. That was a big contributing factor to wigan's relegation; they refused to change style against different clubs. All that aside though, great game and I'm glad plan A paid off in the end.

Honestly, I don't think Barkly meant that takle

That was not a bad tackle from Barkley I thought the tv summariser called it fairly. Barkley if anything was trying to avoid the defender who was already on the floor, you could see there was little weight behind it.
In fact the two players were talking and smiling together like best mates leaving the pitch at halftime.

7.) 22 Sep 2013
No malice in the tackle and that's what the referee saw and every player and all the fans.

Did you note that the referee wasnt surrounded by players complaining.

8.) 22 Sep 2013
You're not my kind of supporter Kurajan.
You moan too much to be called a proper Evertonian.

9.) 22 Sep 2013
Football is a game 90mins not 45 I though we were the better team in first half anyway under moyes we would have lost

10.) 22 Sep 2013
Absolute shambles in the first half maybe but we won and that's the main thing how about being positive we are still going through a transition stage we can only get better and pickin up points right now where we could of lost games i'm happy to say we are unbeaten from a real scouse blue djmarkymark is blue through and through

Pleased we won obviously but we could have also lost that match. 62% possesion again but chaotic and could have lost! Agree need to have a plan B and be able to adapt to the changing tactics.

12.) 22 Sep 2013
People going on about having no plan B. Wasn't plan B take off jelly and Naismith and replace them with lukaku and maccarthy at half time? point being lukaku gets us 3 points.Give Martinez credit for changing it at half time knowing it wasn't working.Under moyes he wouldn't of made them changes till at least 10 mins before the end of the game, when we would probably be chasing the game

13.) 22 Sep 2013
Shambles is a little harsh, I do feel that we are hard to watch at times . But over all I feel like it was a good performance . It's still early days let's see what the next few months have in store . It could be a lot worse . We could support man utd!.

14.) 22 Sep 2013
Well if we play that badly with no plan b and win then i'm all for no plan B. Okay it was not pretty and we were being out played at times in the 1st half, but how critical do you want to be? When the fat lady started singing it was a beautilful song to hear. If this is a work in progress then what's it going to be like when the side has settled into the RM way of playing? I don't think anyone should knock this start to the season its actually better than last season and we weren't slagging off DM at the time

Played 4 Won 2 Drawn 2 is not a bad return. This could be our season lads.

Fair point there

16.) 23 Sep 2013
What do you mean no plan B we were loosing at half time made chances and won the game sounds like a good plan b to me

17.) 23 Sep 2013
How the hell can you say no plan b when we are playing rubbish then RM makes changes and we win.
With regards to jelavic I think we need to get rid to be honest but naismith offers more tracking back etc against the bigger teams like chelsea when we won't have as much of the possesion

18.) 23 Sep 2013
It's actually played 5 won 2 drawn 3.

i won't sleep tonight knowing that you're not a proper evertonian unless you sit there quietly at the match arms folded never saying anything bad about anything yep our team is perfection, we are all entitled to a moan and karujan has a point jelavic is done and should be third choice, naismith has a reason for not performing well with his injury and barkleys tackle I disagree on but i'm not an everton fan if I say one bad thing am I so may aswell support everton chile now or are they perfect aswell?
