Reports that Frank de Boer's agent Guido Albers, said that the Ajax coach would love to coach a club like Everton.

I imagine that agents sound out clubs for mangers like they do players, let's hope Everton still have some appeal after recent displays.

That is a no brainer. I'm yet to see anyone disagree with the appointment FDB, should that happen. It's almost a come and get me plea! Fingers crossed 🙏🏼.

Everyone but the board of Everton apparently, apparently because they must know the deep deep discontent with the state of affairs but not a word. This goes beyond those that say 'oh but this is the Everton way'. It shows a level of disrespect and don't give a damn about the Clubs supporters that quite frankly is beyond belief. I am one of those that is staying away from the Norwich game, I hope though that those discontents that do go, show a bit of class, remember the players and staff will have their families with them.

He could bring Jaap Stam with him to sort our defence out and Bergkamp as his assistant, dream line up.

Also his Wikipedia page says his current team is Everton so obviously it's going to happen.

If this Club has any ambition whatsoever then it has to pull the stops out and go for De Boer and his staff.

Imagine the effect their presence would have on all levels of player at this club.

There no needs to be a dramatic change.

I'm in if that's a possibility! Good manager and if e did bring his backroom staff, even better! Surely he wouldn't want to come to work with Jones?

Now wouldn't that be amazing, the defence would be sorted out for sure and we might be able to hold on to some players.
Also, I can't see FDB's agent saying things like that without FDB's permission.
That's if he did say it.

Are we talking about showing respect to the same players who are showing no respect, no fight and no loyalty to the shirt that most of us would give our right arm to wear just once?

Whilst RM may be the cause of this there is hardly one of them who deserves their wages over the past few months. Whatever is going on behind the scenes, we can all suffer from discontent at work, but when you are getting paid like they do I expect effort at the very least.
THEN they will get respect.

Let's be honest the Dutch league is very weak and Ajax don't do much in Europe. Let's get Aberdeen's manager to declare interest and see how excited we get!

I am with you kingpin. Fdb is unproven and will be a gamble. If i was bk i would make raffa bennitez my no 1 target. Proven winner.

Pedromez you aren't hearing anything because EFC are behaving professionaly. Martinez won't be sacked or let go til the end of the season, that is the decent and professional thing to do. Announcing this before hand serves no purpose except embarrassing Martinez which he does not deserve. We are not Man City.

What are you on about? I've not said anything whatsoever about not hearing anything from the board and if you read my other posts, I'm an advocate of the way the board conduct themselves etc etc.

Being succesfull at Ajax is like doing well at Celtic or going back Walter Smith at Everton. We on paper could go down next season on form therefore we need a hard nosed manager who can build a club from the bottom
RM has wrecked Everton even with the decent foundations left by Moyes.
De Boer took over an already top club in a second rate league he would be a big gamble.
