Everton fans can't handle the fact that fellaini's off to arsenal! c'mon ed i'd think that youd be the first to admit that if an offer came, he'd jump ship! {Ed025's Note - you could be wrong..

Believable6 Unbelievable9

We have a kopite here. i

Agree0 Disagree0

Its a sidewards step I think if he leaves it should be to someone better than Arsenal, eg. Chelsea, United. Or preferably a foreign team.

Agree0 Disagree0

I vote we sell him to Monaco no champ league this season. = no release clause

Agree0 Disagree0

Anyone that replies 'kopite' should be banned from the site. It seems to be standard childish reply to anything that someone doesn't want to here

Pod

Agree0 Disagree0

Arsenal fans won't be able to handle the fact that Arsen is pulling your leg. once the bidding gets above 24 million. either Chelski or M (oyes) Utd come into their own. 30million and he can go.

Agree0 Disagree0

Can't handle it? Strange comment, I personally think he's overrated and easily replaced unlike Baines. Liverpoo fans can't handle the fact Suarez is off. #onemanteam

you red noses, i'm a blue an I would say sell him. he turns up when he wants to. think you got your, e own problems mate, Getting rid of one horse and getting another in tevez.

Moyes must be in shock. I've noted it took him a day to buy a RB for Utd. His head must be spinning if it was Everton it could have taken most if the transfer window to have had it sorted.

Eric dysfunctional

Believable12 Unbelievable5

You must be disfunctional mate if you think it took him only 1 day to sign the player, what do you think it is champ manager?

Agree0 Disagree0

What's this got to do with Everton?

Pod

Agree0 Disagree0

I remember when most deals were done like that. You went to bed and when you got up next morning you had a new player. If the papers got hold of it Harry Catterick used to pull out of any deal.

told by a very reliable source that mcgeady is 100% defiantely signing.

Believable5 Unbelievable15

I really hope not. BSM

Agree0 Disagree0

Here we go again with the 100% reliable roumers.

Agree0 Disagree0

How about we wait until we see him until we write him off. We all thought Gibson was crap remember.

Agree0 Disagree0

Yeah but at least Gibson was fairly young this guy is crap and old there will be no improvement and no sell on value he will just be another ageing player to an already old and ageing team we had the second oldest team last season second to Fulham we need to buy younger
Little Tim

Agree0 Disagree0

The guy is 27 years old. He should be in his prime now. We could see the best of him. 27 is still young in football. Bill Beast

Agree0 Disagree0

No thanks not good enough to get in our team. we are looking for better quality players not reserve players

ed have you heard anything on this big signing martinez is going to make from spain or is it just hot air again and is fellaini going to the arse? {Ed025's Note - the arse are interested steve, but nothing on this big spanish signing mate..

Believable1 Unbelievable9

Fellaini will join Moyes at united

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes felli will go to utd deal done middle of last season

Ed the Mail are saying that we have 5 million to spend that's rubbish right? {Ed025's Note - yes it is mate..

Believable3 Unbelievable5

Rubbish as in more or less

Agree0 Disagree0

Rubish as in we have more than that or rubbish as in we don't even hsve that? {Ed025's Note - we have a lot more..

Heard Everton are looking to sign franco di santo on a free transfer

Believable7 Unbelievable15

Hope not he's shockingly bad.

Agree0 Disagree0

For free you can't complain, think he would be a good player for us with our good players around him

Agree0 Disagree0

Would be a terrible buy. Got like 13 goals in 90+ games. NOT what we need.

Agree0 Disagree0

Just bring the Wigan team Martinez

Agree0 Disagree0

If he is not good enough for Wigan he is not good enough for us!

Agree0 Disagree0

I hope not he's crap

Agree0 Disagree0

He looks lie a gremlin

Agree0 Disagree0

He makes Victor look prolific.

Agree0 Disagree0

He is a decent player and a full Argentina international. But for a striker he is the worst finisher I have ever seen

Agree0 Disagree0

Heard that arsenal are close to agreeing personal terms with fellaini, apparently very keen to join.

Believable6 Unbelievable20

This after an announcement that they haven't triggered his release clause?

Agree0 Disagree0

Is he not playing for Belgium tonight in the WC Qualifiers?

Agree0 Disagree0

07 Jun 2013 21:39:59
Agreed terms when they haven't even been given permission to speak to him? Wow!

manchester evening newspaper reporting moyes has been given the
ok to go for fellaini but told to back off from baines

Believable10 Unbelievable8

Not bothered if Fellaini leaves, but I don't want baines to go

Agree0 Disagree0

Baines wouldn't turn down united. Who would?

Agree0 Disagree0

I think Baines will stay because it's a world cup year and the last thing he'll want is the upheaval of having to try and establish himself at a new club with fans who are not convinced by him. I also think Baines is the type who likes to feel comfortable in his surroundings which would not be the case at Old Trafford.

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm blue through and through but

not sure Baines will make it to the world cup

We all know about his homesickness and to me it looked like that in the friendly against Brazil. I really didn't see him take a knock.

This is a huge summer for Baines. If his agent isn't pushing for a move then he needs sacking.

Ashley cole is on the way out. If Baines wishes to take it to the next level he needs champions league football this or next season and it's not going to be with us,

the lad has earned it. {Ed025's Note - why would you say that?..you really are a pot herb. of the highest order!..

Agree0 Disagree0

Wish I had a pot herb. of the highest order

Agree0 Disagree0

Has to be one of the most annoying misquotes ever. Baines so called homesickness was in relation to moving to germany! Got blown completely out of proportion to make it seem like he can't fly abroad for a week. He was talking about a transfer to bayern munich not international duty

ed have you heard anything on jelavic wanting to leave? {Ed025's Note - no steve..but it would not surprise me mate..

Believable5 Unbelievable5

Ed if we were to get our money back with the sale of Jelavic would you settle for that? thanks for the reply. {Ed025's Note - no mate, he is better than that IMO..

Agree0 Disagree0

Didn't his agent say it was 50/50 if he stayed and we wanted 8m for him

Everton being linked with Real Madrid winger Denis Cheryshev again after saying he is unsure on his fututre, only 22 could be a good signing

Believable10 Unbelievable6

07 Jun 2013 14:01:09
If felli clause has been triggered we ahould try an get our deals done before the window opens, sell jelavic, heitinga, gueye
Buy:mcmanaman, mcarthy, cheryshev, moses on loan, victor ruiz and a striker like vyrda or weimann

Believable3 Unbelievable14

And have wasted all the money we got in? Not a single player you mentioned coming in actually improves us in anyway I don't think

Agree0 Disagree0

Op has a very poor choice of players he'd like us to get

Agree0 Disagree0

We can attract better players than them, weimann he's not that good, ruiz, no way! he is fulham good, not everton good

Agree0 Disagree0

07 Jun 2013 13:26:15
Alcaraz will join from wigan on a free on june 30th. Heitinga will leave for 3m to boost the funds. Confirmed by club source

Believable13 Unbelievable6

Alvaro Negredo for £20 million? Nice!

Agree0 Disagree0

Possibly Soldado? Anyway I'll believe it when I see it

ROBERTO MARTINEZ is ready to buck a trend by retaining the services of three Everton stalwarts.

Instead of the customary mass backroom clearout following his arrival as successor to David Moyes, new boss Martinez wants to tap into the knowledge of a trio of former Toffees stars.

blue meanie

Believable6 Unbelievable2

07 Jun 2013 12:31:45
heard a rumour that martinez wants to make an approach for charles nzogbia, as long as villa quote a reasonable price. no idea what constitutes a reasonable price though. i'm not sure how i'd feel about this, he had some sensational performances before he went to villa and that nzogbia would be great for us, however since his move he's been a little lacklustre.

Believable5 Unbelievable4

Apparently N'Zogbia is nothing but trouble off the pitch with a poor attitude. Blueimp

everton after madrid winger cheryshev

Believable5 Unbelievable3

07 Jun 2013 01:22:48
If a lot of fans are against martinez being blues boss because wigan got relegated, surely that will mean Manchester United will finish 6th next season. because that's where moyes got us

Believable10 Unbelievable3

You are absolutely right. And remember, Moyes was already with Preston in the Championship. So guess what that means.
Degsypulford

Agree0 Disagree0

I have that bet on.

Moyes has never had a big squad and big players with their egos but now he has and I think that they might struggle.

DM is also not the most adventurous manager, games that should of been won he drew or lost.

how many games do utd sneak a late goal in. top four this coming season chelsea. city. arsenal. spurs.

Agree0 Disagree0

I agree with the fans somewhat, Moyes is taking over a Team that are probe one of the best in Europe, As Everton fans we wanted a manager that could push us on from 6th Place and I think Perirra would of been that man not Martinez, But I will be behind Martinez 110%. How further forward can Martinez Push us. That's the question I would like to know.

Agree0 Disagree0

WELL SAID DENTIELAD COYB!

Agree0 Disagree0

In a weird way why do I want moyes to not do well at united?

I think he did well for us (though he was too cautious to win anything) but for some reason in can't put my finger on I don't want him to do well at united

Maybe the big headed united fans get on my nerves a bit and why should they expect silverware every year just because they helped rig the league into a four horse race?

Agree0 Disagree0

To the reply above you have some mental issues if you think Manchester United will not finish in top 4 I would bet anything you want to say they will you have a screw loose

Agree0 Disagree0

arsenal could have met Fellaini's buyout clause of £22M {Ed025's Note - not yet..

Believable5 Unbelievable4

A talented player but not the be all and end all. IMO we played better football without him in the side last season.
Domo

Agree0 Disagree0

If he goes to arsenal then that's just a waste, they have spent a fair few quid and havnt won anything in the last 10 years, yes they finish in the champions league but there stadium revenue allows that, they will not challenge for anything for a long time, he would be better staying with us a building on what we have

Agree0 Disagree0

Am I right in saying just because some team match the buy out clause, it does not mean we have to accept it. Can we not ask for more or the full amount plus another player? {Ed025's Note - if someone meets the amount, its up to felli..

Agree0 Disagree0

07 Jun 2013 02:15:57
Transfer news just in. antonio valencia going to valencia. David villa going to villa and danny s***tu going to liverpool lol {Ed025's Note - love it mate..

Believable9 Unbelievable4

Lol. (Wavertree Blue)

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm not having that. Aston Villa couldn't afford David Villa, they would have to sell Benteke first, and Benteke is a better player so Aston Villa would be worse off.

Mike

Agree0 Disagree0

It was a joke, mike.

Agree0 Disagree0

Huh?! It was a good joke Mike :)

Agree0 Disagree0

Think you missed the point on that one Mike!

Dentielad - love it, nicked it to send to my red mates, hope you don't mind!

Believable8 Unbelievable5

For me realistic transfer targets

Honda. quality
Fer. young and box to box.
Mertens or mcmanaman.
Soldaldo. good finisher

See I managed to squeeze 1 wigan player into it lol

Believable5 Unbelievable4

Mertens or Mcmanaman errrrrr no branier Mertens is quality and Mcmanaman not proven enough, only had 1 season in prem and only just breaking into England u21's, Mertens is a full international who has experience in Europe.
