Check out the Independent tomorrow Ed {Ed025's Note - i will mate

Agree3 Disagree7

O.m.g...........am out of a job .........gandolph

Agree11 Disagree1

Carlsberg don't do bulls**t, but if they did if will be the best bulls**t in the world. We can only dream.

Agree7 Disagree0

AND DO YOU HAVE A NAME SIR.....so we can regester you on the bull sh.t omiter.........g

Agree5 Disagree1

Think its buls**t like but heard rooney was coming back {Ed025's Note - you can bet your life it is...BS rating....10.5

Agree4 Disagree1

I'm a tea pot....I'm a tea pot....(Wavertree Blue)

Agree3 Disagree0

Although I think this is b****cks, the desperado blue in me has just ran a search on him. There is an article in London Loves Business, 20/12/11, profiling him...and it does clearly state that he is massive Everton fan after being won over by the passion of the blues fans during an Aresnal v Everton game at Highbury in the 1990's. I can't believe I'm getting wrapped up in the BS. (Wavertree Blue)

Agree5 Disagree1

It is most likely BS, but I will continue to hope, ONE of these BS rumours are bound to be true one day.

Agree7 Disagree0

I've checked the independent, what am i supposed to be looking for ? There's the story about Rooney leaving Man U - which has been rubbished by club and player - and nowt else ? Is there supposed to be a story about an Everton takeover ?

Also, does anyone else think that although Jags is out for 6 weeks, we've been without a decent striker all season so why is Moyes changing what he's looking for ?!?!? {Ed025's Note - i thought i would see something about a takeover as well!...if he signs a defender instead of a striker...the fans will not be happy at all..

Agree3 Disagree0

This is just the sort of story i was thinking about when i thought of the BS rating. i s o want to believe it but reckon it is utter BS.

ED, what i think the BS meter would be good for is give posters like this guy a BS rate after the date he said something would happen has passed. then the next time he posts we know he has a past record of BS

FTRS Danny P {Ed025's Note - trouble with that danny...is my memory!..i cant remember if i have put sugar in my tea mate! ;0)

Believable6 Unbelievable4

Agree2 Disagree0

toffee haz {Ed025's Note - its the money thing again haz...k jones..jelly man i dont really know...it depends whats in the pot..if anything

Agree1 Disagree1

Haz you no you love me .............g

Agree4 Disagree1

Again ed i told you about k jones two weeks ago...........b4 any1 else....give me some credit..........g {Ed025's Note - BS rating......10.1

Agree4 Disagree0

Yehh money all it comes down to but i dont think its kenwrights fault are club was sturggleing 1996-1999 then he helpt us but it is time for him and moyes to step down

toffee haz {Ed025's Note - we need something haz..

Agree1 Disagree0

In reply to the gentleman, My name is Tony. Been an Everton fan for over 30 years. Don't get me wrong, would give my right arm if this was true but after 10 years of underachievement and bulls**t from Kenwright, I just can't take anything with a pinch of salt now. This is a ridiculous rumor.

Agree2 Disagree0

The guy knows where the net is, so that makes him better than anyone we have here. {Ed025's Note - thats true..

Prince Alwaleed bin Talal.

He is in the process of launching an offensive in the media world. He has recently purchased a 300 million stake in twitter and is setting up a News channel to rival al -jazzhera. He now has the media power to launch Everton on a global scale not to mention the financial clout and would pick Everton up at a snip. The money he would be able to bring to Everton and global recognition would make the Football Club a cash cow for investment. He would launch Everton on such a global scale that Man City would be dwarfed. If the rumours are correct he is a close follower of Everton as is his son, so if the latest rumblings are correct, watch this space!!
Hopefully he is a true toffee fan and as a true sports fan has the ability of making an already great club a top European club again. He would pretty much have a blank canvas to develop the club and his name alone attracts the best. Hopefully he feels the same way about Everton and the true blue fans do. Long term the returns he would make on the club with the endorsement deals, media coverage and not to forget a worldwidefan base which would increase beyond belief with the coverage the club would get.
He is the man for the job. No doubt. Fingers x that the time is now right and he is making his move.
Thankyou
Prince Alwaleed bin Talal {Ed025's Note - how good would that be!!!! sounds great..BS rating.....9.9

Believable12 Unbelievable8

Oh,Please Please Please be TRUE

Agree12 Disagree1

Hes got a personnal fortune of £19 billion and he wont be coming to us another s**t rumour !!!!

Agree5 Disagree4

Please please please b true an turn us into a footballing force again an rule the world coyb

Agree7 Disagree1

Why did this only et a BS rating of 9.9, surely an 11 would be justified? {Ed025's Note - just in case mate..just in case!

Agree2 Disagree0

He is an Everton fan, so it should probably be 9.9 on the BS rating. But one can only hope! I really like the fact that he is actually aware of Everton and a fan, but surely, he wouldve been linked earlier right? {Ed025's Note - you would think so..

Agree1 Disagree0

Sourceinfo.com states that our fanatic prince is genuinely interested in buying brand everton. A source close to him states that ever since he was given a pair of Everton pjs back in the 90's he has wanted to own Everton but wouldn't do it until he had 20 billion in the bank. {Ed025's Note - its funny that!...cos i was going to do the same!..BS rating...9.8..

Agree0 Disagree0

If he is such a big EFC fan ,why has he not bought us sooner? It not as though we havent been skint for years. Why now?
Welcome my friend if you want to get involved now, welcome.
George

Agree0 Disagree0

He bought the savoy in london. To busy spending his dosh on that. Thats finished now. Time to rebuild everton. Come on prince. If ur not loved by your family, you'll be welcomed with open arms into ours. You'll never be short of offers for a sunday roast! You know u want to. Just do it as nike would day....

Agree2 Disagree0

Suggestion to all evertonians. You want to catch the eye of the prince in the media. Print off 30,000 pictures of him and display them at the next home game. Trust me if he didnt know we wanted him, he certainly would afterwards as the national and world media would let him know. A campaign needs to be started to draw his attention to us with an invite to come to goodison. This is serious proposal because if our hierarchy cant do it, fan power might just do it. This would surely draw a response from his camp one way or another. Let fan power do the business. An all out organised media campaign by the fans to get our man.

Hi I posted about counter attack saying a announcement due beginning of this week off twitter.
There is someone called premiership rumours on there and he's named a Thai bloke worth 5bill pounds as potential buyer.
Whilst I only hope it's true at least there seems to be talk about a takeover possibly soon ?

Al blue {Ed025's Note - forever the optimist al....BS rating.....9.75

Believable10 Unbelievable6

We can all dream

Agree8 Disagree1

Ed, Your BS rating is a bit low there mate. I think you're a bit optimistic your self. COYB

Toffee ACE

Agree3 Disagree0

Dont believe it but whats his name so we can spend weekend checking him out .and was he one of the faces in directors box v bolton..also who was the guy sat next to sir bill at bolton game..and david dein I believe is advising our chairman on investment so internet reports claim google him and evertons name together ...hes a very clever wealthy man and I would welcome his help and advice and reports so far that he was at wigan game and v bolton ..no smoke without ...barbecue etc ..me personally still think the lovely irish are the saviours coming tp

Agree4 Disagree0

Agree7 Disagree0

It says on his bio things that he has heard from people he knows in the business. But it looks like he doesn't even believe it.

Agree1 Disagree0

When will we learn Ed. All this takeover talk is BS of the highest order. I really want it to be true because we need at least 4 or 5 players in right now. I think we are going to be in serious trouble if we dont get any new faces in January
Cheeks {Ed025's Note - you said it cheeks..

Agree1 Disagree0

Gandolph you tool I'm not making things up all I'm doing is passing on info I'm finding on the Internet and people back me up having read it themselves.
They are rumours hence the post being in the rumour section.
If they had a little boy who makes things up section I'm sure you would be posting alot in there !

Al blue {Ed025's Note - we appreciate it al..

Agree1 Disagree0

Why ed do u entertain this gandolph muppet will you just ignore him and he might go away, hes so full of bull {Ed025's Note - he adds a bit of light humour...god knows we need a bit of respite, after what we are going through, take it with a pinch of salt....i do

Agree1 Disagree0

Please keep him on your own site.
He posts crawling messages on quite a number of other sites that make me cringe.

blue bill told us we had the arteta
money to spend in january he has already lied if we only have 9 million to spend

Believable6 Unbelievable0

Don't remember that. He said we'll have money to spend, not all arteta money...

Tchicky

Agree3 Disagree2

What your source? Last I heard moyes had no money for January and was looking for loan deals.

Agree2 Disagree2

And who told you we have 9m to spend, id be suprised if we spent 9m in this and the next window combined

Agree3 Disagree3

The other voice in his head

Agree3 Disagree3

Who cares anymore? Used to have a season ticket in the mid eighties and always followed through thick and thin. Born in 72 but this is the worst side and certainly the most negative. I think Moyes should be sacked now, {Ed025's Note - you start with "who cares"...me for 1..

Agree2 Disagree0

I think he means, theoretically if we were given 9mil he would still be lying because he said all the money (10mil) will be availabe.

Agree0 Disagree0

06 Jan 2012 15:22:43
Just been told we have 9 million to spend plus sales of players so Dave Moyes can work his magic again.. Europe is a possibility if we can get the right players in. {Ed025's Note - BS rating....9.95

Believable5 Unbelievable5

Arteta money and player sales should have a few quid to spend surely? {Ed025's Note - dont bank on it!

Agree2 Disagree1

9m AFTER selling players seems more realistic to me
tchicky {Ed025's Note - BS rating....8.75

Agree2 Disagree2

I think if DM was not to get any money to spend he's gunna walk out of the club..and then what? {Ed025's Note - then we move on!...if anyone does not want to be here...i dont want them!

Agree5 Disagree1

Moyes needs to be backed with cash to spend he's had nilch to spend since he has been here. {Ed025's Note - well not for the past few years

Agree1 Disagree2

I like this BS rating, but if it involves BK, surely it is a 10 minimum?

Agree0 Disagree0

06 Jan 2012 15:18:39
f*** UPS AT EVERTON can anyone verify this..on the same day we released phill jags, joey barton.leighton baines...then at a later date we brought baines back for another trail but let him go again, baines then goes the red s..te and fails to impress...would be interesting to no who failed to spot there potentiol...it cost us 10 mill........g

Believable8 Unbelievable2

Oh well at least we didnt bring barton back. {Ed025's Note - and your counting that as a plus?..

Agree2 Disagree2

Barton would walk into our team...tackles, scores goals, passes a ball forward at the very least !

Agree3 Disagree1

At the end of the day, that's what happens in football! If your not cutting the mustard then you don't get a contract.

He has got better and better since he came back, but when we first signed him from Wigan, he wasn't playing that well!

I am not against Bainsey at all, my fav current player!

Agree3 Disagree1

Barton is an person but if we had signed him in the summer he would have been a good signing
Toffeeboy {Ed025's Note - i agree toffo..

Agree3 Disagree1

06 Jan 2012 14:19:38

just seen on NSNO website we are interested in a winger called musa for 12MILL
where do we get this rubbish from
-wella {Ed025's Note - £12m?....if we get the interest on that ...i would be surprised!..

Believable5 Unbelievable4

Ye apparently we are onli prepared to meet 12m in installments, an out right fee is out of the question {Ed025's Note - installments of what exactly?....50p per week for 3 million years?

Agree3 Disagree1

Hey Ed - If you didn't pay interest 50p per week works out at 230,769 years, we may win a cup in this time if we are lucky

Degsy {Ed025's Note - i was adding high interest...in case we default, the same as crazy georges do!

Agree3 Disagree0

Hmmm 50p a week over 3 million years that's a mouth watering 72 million...he better be good Ed, lol...still not enough to buy us Ronaldo

Moyes has sent his scouts to keep an eye on PSV forward Ola Toivonen. Big powerful lad who can get goals. Would cost around £6-8 mill tho.
