Papers saying Ancelotti is backing the move for Rodríguez, he’s probably not said anything but exciting that we are being linked with world class players.
{Ed002's Note - James Rodriguez is one of many Real Madrid players who is not wanted by the club but the difficulty they have had offloading him is a series of niggling injuries over the past year or so. This means that a loan with an obligation to buy might be an option. They would certainly cut their losses on a sale.}

Pooh that’s even more exciting that ed2 isn’t dismissing it out of hand, it’s almost as good as see it then in the shirt 😂😂😂.

Ed with these loans with an obligation to buy, are their caveats to that? Like he must’ve completed X percentage of games? Or other criteria?
And if an obligation is there a fee set out at the start of what it will be?
And is the player then obligated to sign if they move on this loan or can they still refuse if they have a torrid time?
{Ed002's Note - No, it is an obligation to buy - just the same as a transfer but delaying it being made permanent for a window or two - usually because of funds. The fee would be agreed up front.}

Thanks for confirming that Ed great info.
So in that type of loan is there still a loan fee paid and if so is that part of the eventual transfer fee like an initial down payment?
{Ed002's Note - It would depend on the terms of the contract.}
