Hi Eds,
What is the current situation with Michy Bat from Chelsea.
Would Chelsea be open to selling him and would Michy be up for a move. He has barely kicked a ball and it is a WC year?

Cheers mate. I think he is wasting himself on their bench. Deserves to lead the line for a club, be that European level or not.

A ball winning midfielder Swan? We have Gana, Schneiderlin, McCarthy and Besic… Not to mention Davies and Barkley have proved they can drop into that role before. There are areas that need improving much more than central midfield.

Schneiderlin has been poor, McCarthy is injured 24/ 7, Barkley cannot play there and do well, Besic is seemingly extinct so that leaves Gana and Davies, Davies can’t win the ball very well and Gana isn’t the best footballer, N’Zonzi is a bit of everything.

Ah right. I thought that may be the case. It would be a shame if we didn't go for him as he's quality imo and on fire this season.
Tbh though I would expect a lot of competition for him if he was to move so it may be difficult for us to get him.
