Just wanna ask yourself and also people who sit in the Gwladys street did anyone else see the referee put two fingers up to the stand during the lukaku-lloris episode when the stand where singing you don't know what your doing

I didn't see it but why should refs have to put up with abuse? The game can't be played without them and its a thankless and impossible job. I'm not condoning sticking his fingers up but I certainly empathize with him.

The ref is subject to immediate job evaluation because of what he does
If I had performed as pathetically as he did yesterday, there would be repercussions from my boss and my position may become under threat
The ref will jost move on to the next game which in my opinion is unacceptable - normally, refs get a hard time doing a hard job but yesterday, he deserved all the abuse he got!

The ref by being ref puts himself in the spotlight, let's face it is hardlya popular persuit. but if yer a tosspot like Friend was yesteday he desreves all the rubbish and more not just because he's a ref, bu because he's a incompenant biased person.
