Chelsea want felli and barkley, would you sell them for 32 mill? Image what players we could get... But the prospects of both, Felli, and Barkley... Tough choice, eh Ed?

Believable8 Unbelievable25

Would be gutted to lose Felli as I think he is one of very few world class players we've got. But for the money being talked about we could get the right winger we've needed for so long - Adam Johnson (10m), pienaar (4 - 5m) and Clint Dempsey (6m) and still have change. Were pretty strong in central midfield so I think we would be stronger if we could pull this off. The reality Is Moyse would probably only get a fraction of the funds

Agree1 Disagree0

Personally I'd cash in on Felli. Thats crazy money for him but i'd hold on to Barkley ! We not seen anything close to what he can do yet.

With Felli money you could pay £10m off debts and still have enough left to buy a good player or two !

Agree0 Disagree1

No way.u guys we really need to keep felli..hes a solid player well worth the money there shouting about.he's a cracking player who is only geting better and better.key player in our side I think..

Westy

Agree0 Disagree1

The last 2 games we have seen the difference to playing Felli higher up the field. I would probable get rid of Barkley if the money was right as he is an unknown. But I would play him in all of our remaining games to seen if he is worth keeping.

Agree0 Disagree0

Keep both fell is only 24 and can still get even better ! and barkley is "the next gerrard" and if so then we will have a world class player on our hand so chelski can do one !

Agree1 Disagree1

Its ok saying we carnt sell barkly. moyes wont even play him and we havent missed him so why not sell him if he was that good he would start week in and week out its ok saying am saveing him but if he is as good as they say why ernt he playing him.

Agree1 Disagree0

Because he is 18? U shudnt play an 18yr old week in week out. He is a great prospect and english which is becoming a minority at this club. Fellaini is a quality player and loves it here he is quality and bosses the midfield every game. in my view chelski can get gone

Agree1 Disagree0

Barkley isn't guaranteed to be the next Rooney. If we keep him and play him, two things could happen: 1. He does really well and his value rises. 2. He sucks and his value drops. Should we cash in on him now to avoid the chance of him losing his worth?

Agree0 Disagree0

This is what I would do:
If chelsea offer 30 million plus for Fellani I would take it because then we could get defour, holtby ect

Would not sell Barkley for any money. Brilliant prospect.
Blue kaz

Agree0 Disagree0

Kaz, I'd do the opposite. I'd sell Barkley and keep Fellaini. You're forgetting that he is only 24; he has 10 years in him. He isn't even in his prime and he would command a place in any team in the world.

Agree1 Disagree0

Barkley already can pick out a pass beat a man out pace many players and also out strength opponents aswell he will be quality {Ed025's Note - i agree mate...but silly money, and a loan back, would appeal to our board!..

Agree0 Disagree0

Neither, wouldnt sell either of them there both wuality player.. with felli nothing more needs to be said hes a complete midfielder and can do anything hes a quality player that is vital to evertons game.. for barks not seen loads of him since the opening games of the season and couple inbetween but he looks quality in m opinion we dot need much more for next season (apart from peanuts and donovan/dempsey/JARVIS!) if however they did go id demand 25+million and swap deal with sturridge! that would solve evertons problems for next 5 season i reckon COYB

Agree1 Disagree1

I wouldnt like us to lose fellaini at all and whose to say that the board would give all the £32m to moyse to spend. I would bet that at least £20m would go to the bank to be honest
Cheeks {Ed025's Note - spot on cheeks..

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes, for £32m we could get Gravesen on a free transfer and the rest of the money to the bank. {Ed025's Note - R/S alert!..

Agree0 Disagree1

Apparently its 22mil for fellaini and 10 for barkley, no offence but fellainis worth 35million alone! hope he doesnt go

Realistic team for next year with not alot spent. Formation 4231- howard,
hibbert, jagielka, heitinga, baines
Diame, gibson
jarvis, fellaini, pienaar
jelavic

and before anyone starts slagging jarvis
he has 10 goals with a poor team has plenty
pace and only a year ago got an england cap.

Believable27 Unbelievable3

I think Jarvis would be a good addition, especially if we get him for under 5mil. He was brilliant the season before this one, and has simply suffered from playing in a poor team and has been inconsistent.

But I see Jarvis as a player that Moyes could mould into the next big name for Everton, has the talent as he showed a year or 2 ago, just needs the right club and right manager, and I think we offer both. COuld finally solve our right hand side problem we have had for years. {Ed024's Note - Jarvis would be great in our team and moyes would get the best out of him

Agree1 Disagree0

Jarvis would be a good signing, but out of our reach, wolves will want £8m+ Ross Barkley will be in our starting line up next year. Imwt

Agree1 Disagree0

Relegated wolves can not afford to keep him there and will not demand 8million for jarvis and will be forced to except lower offers round 4-5 million i suspect. they can not keep him as his wages are too high and will demand to leave putting wolves in a situation where they need him gone

Agree1 Disagree0

If we went in for Jarvis he would be ours. Wolves can't hold on to him now that they are in the Championship and we're in the Prem. I think we could get away with offering £3m for him; Wolves aren't exactly financially abundant. {Ed024's Note - he would be a good signing

Chelsea plan £32m swoop for Barkley and Fellaini....... £22m for Fellaini and £10m for Barkley. They will then loan Barkley back apparently........ Okay, my view, why would they loan Barkley back to a top 7 side to improve, you send players to the championship not a team a few points behind you..... I personally think Fellaini will go said this the other day. His agent wants him to go to a 'bigger club' and will push him to do so, can't see Barkley going but I can see felli going..............

TC {Ed025's Note - he just signed a 5 year deal tc..hes going nowhere..

Believable5 Unbelievable20

I know ed but you see alot of players signing contracts then leaving......

TC {Ed025's Note - in my opinion tc..if he wanted to leave, he would have run his contract down, which would have given him great bargaining power, if his head does get turned, we are now in the box seat, and would command a really high fee..

Agree0 Disagree0

Complete BS. As you mentioned Fellaini just signed a 5yr contract and he is very happy at Everton, he will leave for CL footy eventually (2yrs) but as of right now, still a young lad, playing some good football in a good team.

And Barkley 10mil? No thanks.

Was just a tabloid rumour by the Star, as I said complete BS. If we are to sell someone I imagine it would be a Rodwell or a Jags not our best player. {Ed025's Note - i agree mate..

Agree0 Disagree0

First tou would need to put a starting bid in of 25mill and 2nd watch the way fellaini celebrates when we score or win he absolutley loves it here, hes staying put {Ed025's Note - i think so too..

Agree1 Disagree0

Why would he leave if we start how were finished we'll be pushing for 4th and Fellaini wont get half as much game time at chelsea and not to mention its total rubbish because chelsea dont have a manager at the moment Dan

Agree1 Disagree0

A contract means nothing apart from that he would cost more there is most likely a clause in the contract stating that if a club offers a certain amount of money then fellaini can go!

Agree0 Disagree0

With him signing a new deal surely this gives us the upper hand and BK can just tell Chelski to eff off!
