Heard that we will complete two deals this transfer window, Kiko Macheda on a loan and Beram Kayal. Yak will also leave as well as Yobo.

Believable4 Unbelievable23

Isn't Kayal injured? Might be wrong.

Agree0 Disagree0

^^Thats Izaguirre.

Agree0 Disagree0

We are skint End of

Agree0 Disagree0

Where have you heared this? {Ed025's Note - a bright pink fairy came down from heaven...

Agree0 Disagree0

Kayal is worth top dollar. Just because he plays in a poor league does not mean Everton can buy him on the cheap.

doesn't matter what were doing off the pitch pull off the results on the pitch and were all happy, I live in Wolverhampton and im an Everton fan so come on the blues

Believable23 Unbelievable4

I am not happy with the win at blackburn all r mids were off the pace and as for vic up front what a wast of space only goal he has got in the last 17 months is against a league 1 side we were very lucky to get the win I think we need 2 centre mids if we r goin to play 451 coz none of them can pass a 5 yard ball and a good forward {Ed025's Note - heres a fact for you...dirk kuyt has scored more goals at goodison than anichebe!..

Tim Howard in my eyes you deserve to be Knighted for your service to Everton after that Display.

You and only you won us that Game.

If the other players put in half the display you did yesterday we would not be in this position,

Thanks Tim for your display yesterday, its the only bright bit of light in that very dark display yesterday.

Believable33 Unbelievable4

Some "fans" amaze me.... we won... 3 points.... be happy, we wont be the first team to play poor and still win.... Man united do it 4 or 5 teams in a season.
Its 3 points, the player's will now be relieved that that 1st win is out the way, they will go into the international break happy and a bit more confident, the performance will go up in the next game

Agree0 Disagree0

What position are ya's in? played 2 won 1 lost 1 not to bad considering but Blackburn did deserve something outta that game but you's played bad but still won which if you look at it is a good positive

Agree0 Disagree0

Our man of the match by miles

Agree0 Disagree0

What even brighter than the three points?

Agree0 Disagree0

Agree totally this display not good enough for Everton Football Club Yes 3 points is good and yes other teams play poor but this is Everton FC our club an any fan that's willing to except displays like this should go support another club BK needs to do one and sort our club out

Agree0 Disagree0

Brilliant performance by howard. Hope united give us a few more good players

Believable17 Unbelievable11

I think Beckford will be on his way out Moyes seems to be losing patience with him. Don't like to say this but I really think we should sell jags for funds fir a striker... It looks like to me his head is else where with all this Arsenal talk..

Believable24 Unbelievable7

I think we should sell him too, we got enough cover at CB with Heitinga and Rodwell no one else wants any of our players so we gotta sacrifice someone to get striker.

Jags is good but how good is Rodwell playing centre back?

Moyes is not letting anyone see him play there, why?

Have any of you lot on this site seen him play CB?

The porb as ED will explain is that there is no guarantee if he was sold that we would see any of the new players.

Im sure its a tactic that other clubs use to weaken teams by buying players close to the transfer window closing so that they dont have enough time to purchase players to replace them, therefore giving them a stronger team and the opposition weaker team.

I know Everton sell there players last minute in order to say we cannot find relacements at such a late time etc.

When if u think about it if you owned the club u would already have deals in place, like if this happens we do this, or that.

I think Jags is going and all the fans who our saying we kept hold of all our best players etc may be shocked when some of our players our sold on transfer day.

Personally I think we should sell some of them only if we can use the funds.

Lets face it centre back position is not that hard to play, its the middle thats the hardest part and the wings.

My shout is sell Jags, play johnny or Rodwell there even forgive Yobo and play him, if City can forgive Tevez then we can forgive Joe, hes been with us for years.

All in all though we got far to many defender and not enough killer strikers. {Ed025's Note - killer strikers?...people are starting to doubt beckfords ability, but to be fair to him, the system we are playing at the moment, does not suit him. he finds it difficult to adapt to the lone striker role, in my opinion we should play 4-4-2 ...on the sell jags call, if we were going to get all the money to re-invest in players...i would say yes.

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes he's a good player and the kind of striker we need

Agree0 Disagree0

Stick with the crop of players weve got theve geld together weve got a great team there. we must work on our defence especially after the last 3 performances pretty poor

Arsenal offering to swap arteta for bendtner. What do you think guys, would we take it or not?

Believable7 Unbelievable34

Seen this in the some of the papers this morning. I just hope its an unvalid rumour. I would not swap Artetas boots for Bendtner. If they offer a straight 10m/12m then maybe but only if Moyes gets all the money to spend. But a straight swap for Bendtner not in a million years we dont need another striker who does not score goals.

Agree0 Disagree0

Bendtner isn't good enough.

Agree0 Disagree0

Moyes has replied to AW and said Arteta for Bendtner and 3 million {Ed025's Note - what a load of cods wallop..

Agree0 Disagree0

I would rather we played my 65 year of mum up front than had Bendtner anywhere near Goodison...he is the worst player to grace the premiership since Southampton bought George Weah's "brother" in the 90s. RB

Agree0 Disagree0

Can't believe you actually asked this question. Are you on the mushies? (Wavertree Blue)

Agree0 Disagree0

I would Chamakh.

i heard that SWP has been wanting a move to everton but has never been given a call, why not? he'd be a great addition to the squad, we need to sell cahill because when he plays we always play bad football and try and aim for his head, if we can get 5-10 mill for cahill we would do well and then buy a decent striker who isn't injury prone COYB

Believable20 Unbelievable14

Repeat again, we our Skint

Agree0 Disagree0

This is ridiculous, all these people who say we are better off without Cahill are crazy imo. Just take a look at the Blackburn game, that was the worst football I have ever seen, and Cahill didnt play, in fact, when he came on he acutally made a difference, actually gave Samba and Givet problems.

So enough about this Cahill ruins our football, because it isnt true, he was our equal top scorer last season and only played half a season, should show the importance of him in the team

Agree0 Disagree0

Reason #1: we can't afford SWP.
Reason #2: he isn't half as good as Cahill.

Yakubu maybe going to Rangers ??

Believable17 Unbelievable14

Hope so

Agree0 Disagree0

Does he need a lift?

Toffee Tezza

IMWT {Ed025's Note - me and you will carry him tezza..

Agree0 Disagree0

The Green side of glasgow more like. Rangers cant even beat Blackburn to Goodwille. They are and always will be chep and skint. The Yak is too good for them

Interesting on twitter to see cahill moaning about being left out, saying he was fit and that he was not rested or injured.
He is now off half way round the world to play against Thailand

Believable16 Unbelievable8

No he wasn't moaning. He was explaining.

Just heard someone say "Sell Saha to save wages", but i'm sure Saha's on a pay as you play deal these days anyway due to high amounts of injuries, so selling would achieve nothing.

Believable3 Unbelievable12

No he's isn't. He was on something like that when he joined but is a top earner now.

Agree0 Disagree0

He was and ferguson said to moyes dont give him a big contract stay pay as u play

Agree0 Disagree0

He was, now he is on a standard contract, even if a high earner
