Ed would you think Kone from wigan would be a decent/possible signing for next season should wigan get relegated? I think a pacey striker who gets goals like him would be a decent purchase. {Ed025's Note - i think he is very good, but dont know if we are looking at him mate.

I have friends who support Wigan. They reckon he's inconsistant but, a handful on his day. Doesn, t strike me as an EFC sort of player.

Apologies if you guys have been over this a
thousand times, but the tv are saying the following :
A bit of a footnote to Chelsea's season is that should they win the Europa League, they will gain an extra place for English clubs presuming they qualify for Europe through their own league position.

Only if they don't finish 5th or better. In which case the EL berth still goes to the team in 5th position.

But the other two Europa league spots are already gone to Swansea for winning the league cup and Wigan for getting to the final of the Fa cup. let's face it lads its looking very unlikely we will get a Europa league spot

If Chelsea finish 5th and win the fa cup the place will go to 6th. It is only if a team has qualified for the champions league will it go to cup runners up.

is this takeover rumor real of are we being strung along again I here moyes is staying felly is staying which make me think they know something we don't or like I said is it all rubbish can u shed some light on the subject {Ed025's Note - there have been talks bloxy, but how successful they have been i dont know mate, these things are not done in a couple of days though, we are talking weeks, if not months!, and even then nothing is certain..
