No of course not, why would the club share transfer information with the people in the club shop who aren't there for their high level of intelligence, so no, they know bugger all

Agree0 Disagree2

Yes, everyone has his price, end of. Never understood people who have players names on, numbers yes but names, silly in this day n age of players moving as and when, contracts mean nothing.

Agree1 Disagree0

They've probably done it as arteta and felliani have been sold on deadline day recently and I remember lots of people complaining about their shirt especially when arteta went.

Agree0 Disagree0

Bought one yesterday didn't have to sign one

Agree1 Disagree0

They were getting everyone to sign a waver on the first day of the kits launch if you wanted a players name and number on your shirt you even had to waver if the payer changed squad number! there just covering themselves that's all.

Agree0 Disagree0

I was asking was it serious swan for a reason. i'm not that stupid that I can't tell the difference between a genuine post and a ridiculous one mate. anyone can sign into a rumours/banter account just to cause mischief. I've never seen that name on these pages in the two or so years I've been on our banter sites. Imo someone is taking the p*** seeing as they never replied to there original post.Who in there right mind would sign disclaimer for something like that.It smacks of the rs who tried to get there money back after buying shirts with rat boys name on this season and got told where to go.

know they don't

Agree0 Disagree1

It's standard practice for any shirt with a player's name on Jimmy. There's never any guarantee how long a player stays at a club for so to cover themselves the club has a disclaimer in place. Look at the rs with torres, he upped off to chelsea very rapidly leaving loads of kids heartbroken with their new shirts all printed with his name and number on them. Funny as anything but no refund given. I've had to sign a disclaimer for the shirts my kids have had with players names on, the reason was fully explained in the shop at the time.
As a bonus, Ross seems very happy at Everton and hopefully won't be going anywhere soon.

Agree1 Disagree0

That is standard on all printed shirts. You have to sign that as standard terms once you personalise any shirt. LFC do that as well.

Agree1 Disagree0

It's standard procedure and all clubs do it. No he 's not for sale but if Man City offer 150 million for him tomorrow he'll be sold. They do it to cover their back JUST INCASE. Don 't worry about it.

Agree0 Disagree0

Swan how do you no them people in the shop don't have high levels of intelagince that's a really unfair thing to say. If this disclaimer thing is true then the board don't have to tell shop staff why they want it singed but only they want it signed end of

I was actually replying to the other jimmy mate

Agree0 Disagree0

Is really necessary to accuse the people of working in the Everton shop as being thick, do you know these people? Have you measured their IQ's? I thought not so keep you insults to yourself please.

Agree1 Disagree0

Well said philmc - I've seen that a couple of times lately and it's not good - in fact posting something like isn't the cleverest thing to do

Loads of people work in shops - we've all got to buy stuff and It certainly doesn't mean you're thick - and if you're going to work in a shop there can't be many better shops to work in than evertons!

Agree1 Disagree0

He's simply implying that if they were direct descendants of Albert Einstein they wouldn't be working in a clothing and merchandise store. Why the big fuss lads we all know Swans sense of humour by now.

Agree0 Disagree0

Do you, think you know summat. jimmy. or are you a shade lighter than our BLUE. do you perhaps live on the far side of M62

get a life, rumours are rumours, but this one takes the PEE

Brilliant, I did not say they were thick, maybe what I said was the wrong way to explain it, would the club tell people in the everton shop barkley may be going or whatever? No because they would not trust them with such information as they would tell people who come in the shop all the 'inside news' and before we know it all the fake itks are jacking off at the thought of knowing such information, I just doubt the club would be so secretive to the fans about transfers yet happily announce it to people working at the shop, because then, people just walk in the shop and ask for transfer news, osman would 'like' lukaku back and martinez won't sell barkley but the club shop know transfers before the players and manager? I doubt it

Fair enough latchfordlad, I didn't mean to be rude, I just doubt the club would tell them things, I should of said that and been done, the added insult on their intelligence was unneeded and unwelcome, apologies

Agree0 Disagree0

Much moor like it swan good man

Agree0 Disagree0

Nice1 for the good comments back. Hopefully it is just to cover your arse. Be gutted if ross went

Agree0 Disagree0

Fair play Swan lad, I now understand your point and the way you expressed it in your latest post is absolutely right, the retail staff are there to sell stock not to communicate transfer policies.

Hi eds have you heard anything about maxime lestienne from club brugge? I saw this morning on benefoots twitter account that he has been touting his services to everton, Swansea and Sunderland and that club brugge would let him go for a reasonable fee? They've also said the same about an old target in vadis odidja-ofoe!
