JH to fernabache for 5.5mill must say id be happy to sell him, dont get me wrong i like him but hes only had a decent season, dont know how he won the players award thing. bring in a defender on the cheapish then use the remaining funds on pienaar and castagnios(loan)

I’m sorry but I cannot take your opinion seriously. This guy is a top quality world class defender.....I’d rather us sell Jagielka as his lack of concentration and defensive malaise have cost us numerous points.

It amazes me if true why the hell everton would want to deal with fenerbache the way they have acted during the joseph yobo loan/transfer saga,yawn. {Ed025's Note - i agree mate..

Cahill a done deal... at the game tonight MLS all-stars vs. Chelsea... they even talked about it being done during the half-time show... only 1 million for him? I can't believe we get rid of him. Sure he had a poor year last year but I think he still has a lot to give.

He would have only been a bit part player next season. The least he deserves of everton is to let him go.

A million pound for a player that cost us 1.5 eight years ago is great business. Hate to see him leave because he is a legend but theres no way were gettng that kind of return in a years time.

I reckon he's been gone for two years. Great player in his day, Everton legend. But 70 grand a week or whatever for a player on the bench?

To be fair he has been a loyal superb player for us and deserves a final big money pay packet before he retires
