Shani Tarashaz hope I spelt that correct, it is being reported that he's coming back to full fitness again, had forgotten about this young forward, he was brought in by Martinez, also being reported he will not be going out on loan again either, another getting closer to full fitness.

Yeah he's a strange one. I went to the Barnsley game when he made his debut and he looked really good, kinda reminded me of jack Wilshire with his low centre of gravity.

He also scored a cracker on his debut for Frankfurt. It will be interesting to see if he gets a go.

Well guys. What's everyone's thoughts on our next 2 games?

For me, big Sam has to play an attacking side at Leicester. We never get anything at the Emirates so the Leicester game is now a must win. There is no point going for the draw, let's face it were not going to catch them for 7th unless we beat them and get on a run.

The arsenal game on the other hand should be a chance to give the fringe players a game. We never get anything there and teams have shown us that if we can go there and rough them up, we could get something. I believe that is our only chance of getting anything there.
Give the likes of Baningime, Vlasic and Sandro a game. We have nothing to lose.

We have goal difference to lose. That could be the difference between staying up or not. We'll struggle. to get even a point from our next five games IMO.

2 things spring to mind. Firstly we got no chance of finishing 7th. On current form I would be happy to finish anywhere outside bottom 3, regroup and start again next season. Secondly, we have got 3 games in the whole of February. Why on earth would we effectively throw the game at the Emirates? Hardly as though the players will need a rest is it.

Whilst I would prefer a more attacking policy we must be careful of Leicester catching us on the counter with their pace, they have beaten better sides than us using this tactic.

What absolute nonsense all around. No chance of making 7th? because 6 points is such a huge gap.
Effectively throw the match against Arsenal because we never get anything there? Well we never will if we don't try.
And still people saying we will be lucky to avoid relegation. Yes its mathematically possible we will be relegated but who on here really believes we will not pick up at least 12 points between now and the end of the season. - how about a wager, anyone who thinks we will get relegated vs me. £100 each to the charity of the winning eds football match. If we get relegated i will honour it and stump up. If we don't you each donate £100. I'm sure it can be arranged to attach the usernames to the donations to see if anybody bottles it. Put your money where your mouth is guys if you really believe we are that bad, or is it another case of you just want to criticise us because you enjoy doing so regardless.

I'd never bet on Everton to get relegated, just goes against the grain, however I'm not as confident as you are that we'll get twelve points from the remaining games. We've won ONE in the last eight, and I don't criticise because I enjoy it. I hate having to do it.

By the way. We may be six points off seventh but we're also six points off a relegation spot.

I'm not going to comment too much on your comment Worcester because you haven't really read any of the post correctly and just seem to have answered some other random question .
Throw the game?

Does anyone know if we are interested in the Bristol City left back? I read a rumour the other day that they might left him leave after tonight's city game. I've not seen him play but heard good reports. Anybody seen much of him?

On another note I see we are being linked to Boubakary Soumare and supposedly still bold an interest in Stefan de Vrij

Aaron Lennon was a model for other professionals and so many other people also, eg people with mental health issues.

He came back stronger from his challenging moment last year. A real inspiration that always gave his best. A touch line winger. Burnley have a good one there. Best of luck Aaron. May you have many happy years at Burnley.
