Was in the spellow after the game when joe anderton the councellor came in with his wife and friend the lads got talking to him and he told us he was the person who got the indian group interested in buying efc he told us that kenwright wants £120 million for the club plus £67 million the debt to be paid off not the £40 mill as reported we asked him if anybody else was interested. He told us a chinese consortium is interested and are coming over whether kenwright will drop his price only god knows if he dosen,t we are right in the s**t as the bank will demand at least two players be sold to reduce the debt once again no BS ED025 Gods honest mossley hill al

Believable1 Unbelievable4

If this is true then Blue Bill had better find another club to support! He won't be welcomed in the boys pen! How dare he ask £187m for a club he acquired for £30m with a £15m overdraft! That's a net profit of £150m for an asset stripped club, who once owned prime real estate in Bellfield and was sold to appease the bank and exchanged for a leased training ground that absorbs 85p in every £1 the club makes in revenue!!

A huge, huge blow to all blues! This man and his cronies are malignant mass in the heart and soul of our club!!
Gordon Lee's Ghost

Agree5 Disagree1

85p of every £1? Not gaming that for a second. Where on earth did you get that from? That would mean our wage bill would have to be less than 10% of our revenue! Players would be on 150 quid a week!

Agree1 Disagree1

85p in every £1 is a bona fide quotation from our beloved Board and CEO. Have it or not, that's what they are telling us in official statements!

Agree1 Disagree1

Where our money goes

Speculation is also once again fuelling debate in certain quarters about where our money goes.

To get this straight again, almost 85p in every £1 we earn is spent at the training ground and academy paying the players, the coaches, the scouts, the conditioners, the medics, the support teams, team travel and accommodation along with rent and other overheads. And we're proud of the facility - we're currently hosting several major European leagues and clubs at a conference at Finch Farm, selected as a benchmark training facility by the Premier League, and we're confident that the investment pays off - it was a key factor in why young players like George Green continue to choose Everton. It's an investment that also positions us to take advantage of the new Premier League plans for Academies, putting us ‘ahead of the game'. And, of course, from everyone at the Club, not least the Academy team, congratulations to Jack Rodwell on his England call-up.

Agree0 Disagree1

In that case, it seems we are getting a he'll of alot more than a mere training ground for our 85%. In fact, that statement describes most of a football club's overheads anyway.

Looks like Mr Ghost is twisting things to suit his own agenda. Ever considered entering politics, or working for FIFA?

Its on FB that Jack Rodwell has handed in a transfer request and Chelski have responded with a bid!
True or not I wouldn't know. There is nothing on the main sports channels

Believable1 Unbelievable8

Hmm i think this has been on the cards, I can see Man City offering us £20 million plus Onouha or Chelsea offering £20 million plus Kalou.

Personally I would take either offer,

Would prefer 25 million and Kalou from Chelsea though :)

heard off a good source jordan rhodes has it heart on joining everton but we cant find the 5mill, which i thinks embarrassing

Believable7 Unbelievable2

Embarrassing yes. Sadly, not unbelievable.

Agree1 Disagree2

Exactly what's more embarrassing, the way we play, the way we run a club, or the fact that we are the only club that won't find a poultry 5 million when our board can actually afford handing over 50 million like the rest of the EPL club owners do for their clubs. Our board are in it for reasons other than improving our clubs playing staff. Problem is they are tho only ones who have this rediculous attitude. They must all get lost NOW!!!

Embarrassing? its a disgrace!

Is there anyone else out there seeing Everton in serious trouble. Have you seen some of our fixtures coming up. If we are not in the bottom four by end of February i will be amazed. On yesterday's performance i am worried big time - i just don't see where the creativity and goals are coming from. Missing Osman as he is the only one who can do this. Agree that Drenthe is a liability - may as well run with a blind fold on -loses it everytime!

Believable7 Unbelievable5

We know mate, we all know we're in deep trouble unless our players can pull out the stops and play like we used to. If we get a striker in the next week it will be a sign of hope but all we can do is get behind the team and hope we pull through.

We should go for Djalo, he is quick, good with both feet and has a good scoring record, a bit injury prone though.
Getting him for free, worth a risk i think

Ed don't you think that if Jon Woods, Lord Granchester and Kenwright all rallied together they would be able to sell the majority of the club and vus ousting Earle without him having a say.
W Kenwright CBE (Chairman) 9,044 25.84%
J V Woods (Deputy Chairman)6,622 18.92%
and lord granchester apparently has 8%. what do you think?

Am i missing somat here, all u guys so wanting Onohua at the club. He's a really excellent player, play anywhere along the back 4 ? Why is he only going for 3-4 mil, sounds like the ideal player for all teams, and why havent Sunderland made an offer for him? Thought he was there on loan, didnt he make much of an impression or what??

Believable0 Unbelievable3

He is on the cheap because he is basically deadwood for City, and City need to start selling some of the deadwood due to the FFP being introduced very soon. And other teams have asked City about his availablity, most notably QPR, but he has said his preference is to stay in the Nort West where his family, most notably his ill mother is.

Agree1 Disagree1

22 Jan 2012 17:03:39
i think if we did sign onuoha it would be a decent signing as he could provide cover at virtually all of the positions in the defence, as well as providing a more permanent solution for the ageing defenders such as Distin,Neville and possibly even Hibbert. Thing is though could we afford him and a striker.....

Believable5 Unbelievable1

Be great buy just what we need pace power like Richards at city ste 44

Agree1 Disagree1

Hopefuly this happens and a decent striker will come in on loan, then we will be going the right direction.

Onuoha set to snub QPR for Everton...

Believable10 Unbelievable3

Why would he do that? {Ed001's Note - perhaps you should read up about the lad, he doesn't want to move that far from his family, he would like to stay in the North West. His mother was the lady with cancer who was the subject of the highly offensive email sent by Gary Cook, which resulted in his sacking. Understandably he would like to be near her.}

Agree1 Disagree3

We can't afford the fee, we can't afford his wages. We can't afford papers and pen for the contract.

Agree1 Disagree4

Sounds like a top class lad, a lad with high morals, would definetly welcome someone of his character at the club. Not to mention, he could solce our defensive issues as he does provide cover across the back 4 and is still relatively young.

Would like to see this transfer happen, but the fee will be the major problem. {Ed001's Note - money is certainly not the issue with him, the only issue is if he is able to concentrate properly on his game. But, at his best, he is an excellent player.}

Agree1 Disagree1

Don't be silly he won't cost more than £3 million, ed you're absolutely right, the fee isn't an issue.

Agree0 Disagree0

Dont be silly? When was the last time we had 3mil to spend on one player? Must have been back when Lescott was sold. Dont see how that is being silly. And 3mil would be an issue for Everton, or have you been completely oblivious to our financhial state?

Agree1 Disagree0

22 Jan 2012 11:40:51
the people reckon onuoha could be coming to everton. however on 60,000 and a fee makes you wonder where the papers think this money is coming from all the time

Believable8 Unbelievable4

Selling billy

Agree1 Disagree1

He isn't on 60,000 a well that is what QPR offered him and from what ed and everyone else says that he wants to remain in the north east end he wants regular football which he isn't getting at man city

Everton have enquired about celtic striker gary hooper. He is looking for a move to EPL and must be in our price range coming from the SPL.

Believable8 Unbelievable3

They are wanting 6mill I think

Agree1 Disagree1

6mil? try the quoted "35mil" from neil lennon

Agree1 Disagree0

Actually Southampton bid about that and the deluded person that is niel lennon came out and said 35 mil is his price tag.

Agree1 Disagree1

I don't think he has got the pace for the English Prem. I know he can score goals in the SPL but i have doubts. COYB.

Kenny Dalglish is a Liverpool god.
it's not up for debate. That's just what he is.

This is is unfortunately the problem with Liverpool football club.

It's blasphemy, I know. I will get slated for saying it. But with a club hero as manager, he can do know wrong and the nessecary criticism will not be directed at him.

He is tactically not far short of inept and it is becoming fatal to the club.

At Blackburn he bought the league. Not a critism. He did what was he was able to do. He was a flop at Newcastle and Celtic. He inherited an incredible liverpool team as player manager.

He is not the man to take the club forward.

If roy hogs on had payed 35 mil for Andy Carroll he'd have been hung drawn and quatered. If he'd played 5 at the back against stoke at home, it may have been worse.

I love king kenny as much as the next man but We need to move on from a needless loyalty and progress to a system the club deserves to be at.

Believable8 Unbelievable3

Can't wait until the day King KENNY BECOMES "KEN" {Ed025's Note - lmfao

Agree7 Disagree2

I thought this was an Everton site, we have enough problems of our own, we've just been outplayed by Blackburn on our own ground!

Agree1 Disagree1

They really are a joke, though. I just checked out RAWK, and there are a few people there that question Dog Leash, but the rest just shout them down and make minging comments as if they are all part of some type of weird little cult.

Agree2 Disagree0

First it was gerard, then it was houllier, roy then hodgson then it was kenny, when it goes to dalglish he will be out of the door

Agree3 Disagree1

Why are Everton fans posting this rubbish, we are nor much bnetter at the moment and should concentrate on our club not theirs.

Agree6 Disagree2

Did you mean burger king kenny

Agree1 Disagree0

Getting slated on Talksport too, its all starting to topple for the King, as we all knew it would

Agree3 Disagree3

I can't understand a word dalglish says - god knows how his foreign players understand him

Agree0 Disagree0

Thought for a moment i was on the RS rumours page. Listen we don't want to become like them bitter and twisted. Lets just stay concerned with our own club as we have enough problems of our own. COYB

Was querasma (bad spelling) at goodison for the game?

Believable7 Unbelievable3

I went and he was siting in the Gladys end is he a striker

Agree1 Disagree4

Heard people say he was in the executive box which is slightly more believable. Why would he be sat in the stands?

Agree1 Disagree1

If he was sat anywhere it would be in the directors box or in the players box, not the gwladys street end

Agree3 Disagree0

22 Jan 2012 00:13:29
Bilyaledinov is to depart the club this week. This is not some punt or maybe or pub discussion. The fee and club is agreed with money from transfer being used for transfer funds.

Having been at the game again it is my opinion that the crowd and it's frustration hinder our play and home form. I accept that fans have a view and the argument that the play may not be good enough of late is valid. However, if so called supporters continue to verbally abuse each and every bad pass or decision then we as a club will suffer more than we already are.

It's time to get behind the side that is clearly struggling for confidence and support, and ensure that Goodison is a fortress that other teams don't enjoy visiting. At the moment the fans silence themselves for the opposition and hurl abuse at their own!

Believable16 Unbelievable7

Well its my viw ..I pay over £1000 a season for my ticket and wont do it again !....Trasing standards may take issue with -entertainment

Agree1 Disagree6

What part of the ground do you sit in? It certainly doesn't cost a grand a season for my seat!

Agree4 Disagree1

Spoke to Bily after the game yesterday and he said there is two offers for him, I have no idea how much is involved or who from. Sad really as I really wanted him to come good. Just hope Moyes gets the money and it doesn't just vanish like the other 16 million we brought in in August
KP

Agree5 Disagree2

Well don't pay it and it's one less fan hurling abuse! I pay the same and im as frustrated as the next fan... But, I'll support them as others take their frustration out on the so called team they support.... The atmosphere at the ground is horrendous. The quicker fans realise they are contributing to the demise the quicker we can get premiership survival. Otherwise, stand on the trap door and flirt with it.

Agree1 Disagree2

Bloody hell where are you sitting, on the subs bench?

Agree1 Disagree3

You pay your money to be entertained and thats not happening. If you pay for a meal and its s**t you would complain. So you pay your money and you are right to air you views. Sick and tired of people defending the indefendable.

Agree7 Disagree4

The difference is you don't claim to Love and Support your meal, do you? The comment above is correct, negativity from the stands finds its way onto the pitch and can influence the team!! So stop ur whinging!!

Agree1 Disagree1

I'm not defending poor play and it is certainly a two way street, but the crowd have a role and that's to support on the whole. At the moment it's the worst support I can recall.

If you eat in a poor restaurant then you wouldn't go back! So if you do go back then support the team instead of spreading an infectious cancer that IS crippling us! (regardless of performances, manager or BK)

Agree1 Disagree0

So what you are all saying is you only sing when your winning, and if the club dont perform, as a good loyal fan that you are, you will desert them and leave the stands empty, f*ck off then and support tranmere.....byn

Agree1 Disagree1

Bily gone as stated.... Don't mention it Ed! {Ed025's Note - i wont..lol
