David Moyes is targeting Matt Jarvis in the summer if Wolves are to be relegated to the Championship, it is believed the English winger would be available for less than 3 million if wolves were to fall into the relegation trap door.

I would think a host of premier league clubs would be targeting Javis, our transfer budget could be tied up bringing Stracman here, and there is a possibility we could go back in for Doyle.
