My Manc mate has just text me that it's been announced on canal + (French tv) that schneiderlein will join efc in January. Not seen the broad cast but from what I've seen on twitter the man's are going ape.

If this is true and koeman can get him playing like he did at Southampton then him and Gana will be an awesome pairing in the middle. With besic to come back too and Mccarthy looking good again we have a reason to be optimistic.

Cant see westbrom getting him over us. Canal plus, if true, have said the player wants a movery to efc. suppose it's up to Walsh now to sort it.

West Brom doing very well. Not saying he will go there but they would be attractive to plenty of players I would imagine. I'm probably biased as Pulis is a legend in my eyes. I know that probably sounds funny to a lot of people but a true professional imho.

So lukaku''s contract is 99% done, as per min raiola. Two ways to look at this.
1 - it's guaranteeing efc a massive transfer fee and riola did not rule out a move.
2 - to get him to sign a new deal there will be allsorts of clauses and promises made etc. Now rom has said, to many times in my opinion, that he wants to be competitive and won things. Is it possibe that he will have been told about efc' transfer targets and future plan's and hence now thinks we can compete

. without a doubt he will have been briefed, to a certain degree, of the clubs future plans in terms of Investment in players/ stadium etc. his agent alluded to this when he mentioned the new contract was 99.9% done. its a win/ win situation for club n player alike. this will assist in attracting better transfer targets and demonstates the clubs ambition. of course he can leave in the summer yet the club will benefit in terms of transfer fee and of course any player at any club cab leave despite contracts. I for one will be happy once he puts pen to paper. he needs quality players around him, simples, circa Belgian national squad. COYB
