He said it at a meeting with season ticket holders his words are Moyes will have money in January to spend be it a loan player or even a permanant signing. He also went on to say the club has held a meeting with potential investers in the last 24 hours .Stef the blue {Ed025's Note - cheers stef..
Strange time to be saying talks with investors again, is it coming up to that time of year when half price season tickets go for sale.
Robbie
You would expect there would be money considering Moyes hasnt spent all the Rodwell money yet.
Hoping for Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe, saw a bit of him this season, would be perfect alongside Gibson in that midfield and for me, it would complete, what would be, a very impressive starting XI. The lad has a massive engine, Fellaini like, and can play that deep lying midfielder alongside Gibson, but also push up to the attack when needed, and to be fair, people label him a defensive mid, but let me tell you, this lad is more than a defensive midfielder, his attacking abilities are very under rated, he is good on the ball, can pick a pass, evening the final third, isn't afraid to take on a player or two (or four in one of the games I watched)
Odjidja-Ofoe and Donovan in January, with no major losses, and for me, the squad looks healthy and the starting XI is good enough for top 4. Come on the board, this is the chance we have been waiting for, the top 4 is there for the taking, if we can make it, the door that opens for us will be incredible.
Yeh lol we will have money from the Fellaini sale! Holtby and Donovan in, don't wanna be morbid peeps but that's what I genuinely think! COYB TODAY, 3-1 WIN
Cant see Fellaini leaving in January. You honestly think, whilst we have a decent chance of top 4, Moyes would grant the sale of our best player? Fellaini did say he is still happy at Everton and said in his statement afterwards that his intentions are on Everton this season.
In the summer, quite possibly he will be gone, unless of course we finish in the top 4 then he would be mental to leave.
Doesn't matter where we are, stranger things have happend, if he wants to go he will go, and if we are to make a bid for holtby , where would the cash come from? Anichebe sale, Fellaini sale? we will see COYB
If he wants to go in Jan charge ubermoney and identify a target now. No point him playing rubbish and sulking until the summer
