Not too gutted about gerra del as bit too selfish and little end product - bit like wright-phillips, but how about going in for redmond. May wanna move from Norwich and could probably get for 6mill. Cf still big concern unless robbie pulls off another loan coup. One question for ed-who do you think we'll get rid of, if anyone?

Vellios, springthorpe, gueye and duffy will all leave permanently (duffy has a slim chance of a loan) and there have been mentions of loans for joel, garbutt, duffy and there is a chance pienaar will leave (fingers crossed)

I know what you're saying about Pienaar I've been thinking his times up for a while but with us being thin on the ground and a much heavier fixture list coming this season I would keep him as a squad player for one last season at least he has the experienced head, would come in useful somewhere along the line imo

I do like him mate but he is homesick, slow, weak, messes about too much and is always on the floor, he is clever yes but has been poor for 2 seasons now, i'd rather sell him and bring in another winger IMO

Agree0 Disagree0

I can't argue with anything you've said mate I've said the same last season and a half he frustrates the life out of me, great player for us and I can forgive him his Tottenham fiasco because of it. His link up play with Baines was phenominal probably the best in the league at one point but it seems to have petered out. If as you say he his homesick then it probably is for the best but if he wants to give it one last season and go out on a high I would take a punt on him least of all for the wealth of experience he brings but as you point out there are most definitely two sides to the coin with him.

He has been a great servant to the club, let's not forget that. If he goes then he does so with my best wishes.I think he has been one of our most creative players over recent years. And whilst he is admittedly slowing up, as Evertonians we shouldn't be too quick to focus on that right now. Let him go home, but under a guard of honor
