Been told today from a lad who he went to school with and was chatting last week tha Jose Baxter didn't actually sign a new deal, he was offered £2k a week, and is moving to palace within the next couple of weeks for £5k a week. Good luck to the lad, was never going to get a sniff of first team action.

I believe this to be true. My uncle works with his aunty at the Jiro in Liverpool and she has said the same thing. However, Baxters aubty went on to say that he wants to stay in the North West and doesn't want to move to London.

Ruddy hell - only 2k per week at a prem side - I thought they were on more than that - even the young fringe lads - not exactly millionaire money is it?
Agree1
Disagree0
More than i make, and i work for a living...you ED? {Ed025's Note - out in all sorts of weather me mate, pulled my tripe out for 38 years on the building, for a fraction of that, so no sympathy here..
Agree0
Disagree0
"Only" 2k a week? How warped have we become? Work my **** off for a quarter of that and consider myself one of the luckier ones. Completely agree with the third reply.
Agree1
Disagree0
He's another one of the tragic stiffs who'll never make the premiership grade. two grand is too much
Agree1
Disagree0
Thats the kind of money I make. But i am good at my job and he is.... well. not. {Ed025's Note - gizza job mate..
Agree1
Disagree0
I seem to remember predicting this a few weeks ago
Agree0
Disagree0
2k a week is not a lot for a prem footballer - its 100k per year and he may only get 10-15 years at it - doctors earn 120k per year - baxter is a well known footballer - he's well known enough for us to be talking about him anyway - and he's earning no more than a run of the mill solicitor - I just thought they all earned way more than this - you're better off getting stuck into your homework than kicking a ball about unless you're gonna make it right to the top - sub top gets you same money as a solicitor or something like that - and there's no guarantee you'll make it as a footballer - stick to the books I reckon kids!
(unless you're so good you'll definitely make it)
then again - I'd pay them 2k a week to pull the blue shirt on - so what do i know! :)

Inside info: we have no money at all and moyes has been told he has to raise 5m to repay the banks. Anything over this will be made available to spend. The feeling is that one big name will be sold and moyes has had enough but will honour his remaining year on his contract {Ed025's Note - hmmm..
Believable17

Got a source ??

Inside info people who don't leave names and post stupid rumours ar going to shut up? although it looks highy unlikely

That is rubbish there will be money available for transfers moyes is just eyeing up the bargains and lots of transfers will happen after the euros have finished.
Agree1
Disagree0
If Moyes has had enough, then he can p*** off! We've paid that bloke in the region of £20m+ over the last 10 years. He should be grateful to us. He should kiss Bill's feet, because Bill is probably the only Chairman that would not sack Moyes for being a boring, predictable sour get!
Still the right boss for us, though!
:-)
Agree1
Disagree0
Kopit s**te, their is money to spend, and it is not dependent on sales, if moyes sell, it will be his call, to further improve the team.
Agree0
Disagree0
It is aways obvious when a RedS***e comes on our site to rattle a few evertonians, But If we don,t respond, they will soon get bored!...they can write on there own site on how queen kenny nearly brought there club to the knee,s!!... {Ed025's Note - what do you mean ...nearly!!

J.Moutinho coming to everton bad news is Fellini could be the one to go for deal to be completed we have £20m to spend but moyes wants to bring in 3 top players so need to sell top player moyes to challenge for top 4. In the know source is high up in club {Ed025's Note - hmmm..

It could be right I am in America and everton are gettingmassive out there lots of talk that Nike co will be silent owners but will keep club as it is but kenwright will decide new board members when Nike buy out the other muppets, this is why it's being kept hush hush it won't be man city style we won't even see anything different about the club only we will have cash to spend don't forget Nike pay a percentage of a lot of players wages
Agree0
Disagree0
So the takeover is on......but it's a silent takeover,..best keep it hush hush then,..
Agree0
Disagree0
So let me get this straight, you are saying that Nike own us? Haha, that is one of the best i have heard so far.
THEY SIMPLY SPONSOR OUR SHIRT, they don't buy players for us, they don't take over the club, just the shirt and other merchandise. My God Ed, I have some serious respect for you, some of the stuff I hear on this site is ridiculous, don't know how you put up with all of it haha. {Ed025's Note - it is a rumours site mate..
Agree0
Disagree0
Agree ed, hmm.....sell top player to buy top player, just dont make sense!
and if we have 20 mil already, i dont think moyes needs to sell anyone to make that team challenge top 4 place.
EverTheOptimistic
Agree0

Wouldnt be a transfer window without a Moutinho rumour anyway
Agree0

If moyes has 20 million then there's no way we would sell any big players no point! {Ed025's Note - no one has gone yet!..
Agree1
Disagree0
I thought the shirts were sponsored by chang and nike make the shirt? or have i got it wrong......grbefc
Agree1
Disagree0
Sad people who respond to this moyes will tell you when we have bought someone in moyes we trust that's how he conducts himself always has done and always will grow up and stop searching the web for bull s**t the truth is always the best on rumour sites
Agree0

Nike buy everton shares check out stock markets
Agree1
Disagree0
Moyes hasn't always worked like that at all, what about sissoko and the other valencia player, moyes said we were signing them both before fat rafa heard bout it and got sissoko in..... Then there's Kyle noughton, Harry swooped on him when moyes opened his mouth....
Agree1
Disagree1
To the poster who said 'Nike buy everton shares check out the stock markets', everton FC is a private limited company, they are not on the stock market therefore that is impossible
Agree0
Disagree1
Moutinho would cost more than £20 million...
Dan
Agree1
Disagree0
You can buy shares anyone can they are around 1,500 quid
Agree1
Disagree1
And plc means public limited company mate not private
Agree0
Disagree1
Everton are not a plc (public limited company), they are limited (private limited company). To buy everton shares you would have to approach the board and make an offer, they are not PUBLICly available on the stock market.

yobo set to return to everton fenebache are offering us 1 million
Believable34
Unbelievable12
Ed, do you know what the wages situation is with Yobo? I think we were giving him £40k a week. But is that all being picked up by Fenerbahce, or do you think we're subsidising this? {Ed025's Note - not sure to be honest mate
Agree0

Fenebache have gone back on there word so they arent to be trusted fact yobo can get lost bring him back if he doesnt sell put him in reserves but defo dont let him go back to fenebache unless they are prepared to pay a fee
