Just been informed jelavic will be sold and we are looking to buy raul jiminez of américa in mexico, young quick and good finisher

Believable14 Unbelievable18

Were definitely not

Agree3 Disagree0

Behave why would we sign a MMA fighter? :p

Although I think you could mean Jimenez.

Oh and I don't believe this one bit.

Agree0 Disagree1

Jelavic will more likely have until the January transfer window to convince Martinez of his worth. With Kone, Anichebe, Mirallas and Vellios on board we are ok for strikers.

Agree2 Disagree0

Utter rubbish! Your just plucking out the name Jiminez because youve noticed he's scored a couple of times in CONCAF. poor tournament with poor teams

The latest reports on Guilherme Siqueira suggest Everton have pipped Swansea to secure his services.

A deal of around £4m is thought to be pretty much done and dusted for the Granada full-back.

What his signing may indicate for the future of Leighton Baines remains to be seen.

Believable10 Unbelievable15

Who?? .

Agree0 Disagree0

IMHO there's two many Wigan players or ex player a round us

Agree1 Disagree2

The guy looks quality and really good defensively, however don't want to sell Baines

IMHO there are to many people moaning about signing Wigan players. Give them a chance why don't you?

Agree2 Disagree1

Whats happened to oviedo?

Agree1 Disagree0

Re wigan signings, I agree. let the guys play for a few months first. trust our manager

Agree2 Disagree0

They and manager had a chance with Wigan and went down how many chance do u want. Bet u Wigan don't come back up

Agree0 Disagree2

If Wigan don't come back up it proves Martinez and the players we've signed we're keeping wigan punching above their weight

Agree0 Disagree2

"How many chances do u (sic) want?". Why do you have to be so negative? As if you giving them a "chance" is like some regal blessing. Money's being spent on players by a highly-rated young manager. He'll (metaphorically) live and die by those choices, but he deserves support from all Evertonians, at the very least until a ball is kicked in the Premiership. Some try-hard fans are turning the old chestnut about pessimistic Evertonians into an excuse for spleen-venting fishwifery. If you really want an Asian owned corporate mediocrity, throw a dart at the Premier league table and take your pick. If you thought the badge thing was a travesty, wait for that sheikh or oligarch to get his hands on our club.

Agree2 Disagree2

'IMHO' Baines is one of the best left backs I have ever seen in an Everton shirt and he is priceless to us. We need to try and keep him at all costs. As far as the Wigan thing is concerned. If they're good enough and the price is right, what's the problem? We need to have a bit of faith in Martinez. (Wavertree Blue)

Hmmm where did we get Baines from?

Agree1 Disagree0

Take out baines, fellini, jags, mirelas. how do you think we would do. kone scored more than our strikers. you can take out 3 or 4 in any team and you become very average. give the wigan boys a chance. and I hope we get another wigan player in mcarthy.

Your argument is against signing Wigan players. If taking out 4 players makes you average then 4 good players will make you good. So explain to me why these players are good enough for us but not to keep Wigan in the bpl. If Kone was a good enough forward and mccarthy was a good enough playmaker then why did Kone only score 11 in the league?

Heard were still interested in Moses on a loan with McCarthy being top priority for Martinez and if we can't reach a deal for either of those two players move for Ince and/or Jordan Rhodes

Believable11 Unbelievable9

Hmmm I feel we have enough in midfield. and would like to see more of Barkley but don't see that if McCarthy comes in, we'll have too many players in the midfield to keep all happy

Quality cover for Coleman is a must and maybe another top cb to keep rest on their toes.

Agree2 Disagree0

McCarthy. supermarket trolley full of cash required. youve got no money. not happening.

Agree0 Disagree2

First of all, two midfielders have left, and one CM we have is injury prone. That leaves; Fellaini, Osman and an unproved youngster. (he looks like he could be brilliant, but we don't need "could be" in our first team. ) Furthermore, Martinez may like to play 3 CM's. Either way we do need a quality CM. Potentially 2: McCarthy and Diame would do me. Secondly, how do you know that we have no money, you on the board?

Agree0 Disagree0

No he probably isn't on the board however it is prooven Everton have to buy to sell. In my opinion big mistakes would be made if Barkley is not used this season.
