Hi eds are we looking to bring anyone in now after the Byram deal did not happen. I think they need to make a decent signing to get the fans on side for abut again because if it hits the fan and we don't sign anybody and the takeover doesn't happen and we finish in the bottom half God bless Bobby and the board the fans will be calling for blood!

We supposed to b interested in young RB from wolves as cover to Coleman. Montero Swansea in pipeline as well.

Baines gets injured and we put Galloway who is supposed to be a centre back at left back to gain experience.

Out of all our up and coming centre backs there's surely a right footed one who's worth the punt to cover for Coleman.

I mean like why not try it? It worked very well for Galloway and all really. And in the event that Stones leaves we have a cover with valuable experience under his belt.

Don't want Stones to go. Hope his whole career is with Everton. Would be a contingency plan which isn't a bad thing to have.

Pennington played one match in cup but got injured. Browning was same played there last year but out injured. Hibbert too tough getting on a bit never let us down. I agree we should blood young lad for future that maybe why he after iorfa from wolves. We also have option to play two wing backs with Lennon and baines with jags, stones and Mori . That way we might tighten up at the back . Our main priority this window is left sided winger imo and a backup for Rom.

Why we would be looking for a left sided winger is beyond me. Why not just play Mirallas. He may start this weekend again. We would do well to sign someone better than Mirallas. But I presume you mean because Martinez won't play him?

Hope Del boy starts also. Good cross the last day for Funes goal.

Striker is priority I think. Then sort keeper out.

It's exactly that he won't play him . Backup striker is a must this window. Keeper can wait till summer just play Robles.

Agree about Robles. Might not even need to spend that big in the summer depending on how he'd do whilst in goals.

rainman1 we all know bobby won't play robles even though every evertonian knows he deserves his chance agree we need a striker but bobby said we don't need one he still putting his faith in kone as for are right back we should either use mason Holgate or jon jo Kenny from are youth set up I would go for jon jo Kenny as he is a natural rightback the Montero lad from Swansea is a decent player when ever I have seen him so wouldn't be a bad signing got to be better than mcgeady does Montero play on the left wing.

everton linked with shane long. could be a decent back up sighning infact he is a carbon copy of naisy,good in the air for a short guy,a hard worker and a grafter and a total pest for defenders.

Long is okay but not very prolific goal scorer would of preferred us to go Charlie Austin 4 mil is steal for a striker who scored 18 goals in premier league but we to slow to act again.
