I've been searching the net but can't find anything to substantiate what you are saying George. That will be the only way the lad will move on, he has to instigate the transfer and I'm not so sure he will do that.

Song still needs to see a medical team as he currently is carrying an injury, Sullivan has said they are confident he will be their player by the end of the window so not 100% over the line yet.

Me too Dunc but only because they avoided signing Song. Not what we need and, with only 3 spaces left in the squad, it would have left us top heavy in cm. Winger/no 10 and a cb are our priorities right now

Bang on spud. What would be the point in Song? My biggest gripe is we play two holding mids. For me it should be Ross and JMac in the middle with a new number 10 gutted by how good Payet is what a steal he was. In terms of holding mids we have 3 already and if we only play 1 that's plenty of cover already. If we get a class winger or number 10 Kev could and maybe should play there. We need another striker as Kone seems to be utility like Naisy can play off a striker be a striker or play wide. I dream of this line up.
