Gennaro. Gattuso an his agent have been seen several times in Liverpool talking to bk over past days, wouldn't be a bad addition to our team

ToffeeAz

Believable13 Unbelievable28

Just no!

Agree0 Disagree0

Please me true the rhino gattuso was one of my idols who play in my position

Agree1 Disagree0

He's apparently desperate for his career to continue and wanted a move back to rangers until it was revealed the transfer embargo would not be lifted but he is struggling with an eye injury that could end his career, think he'd be good though if he could find anything like his form as could push felli up, and can imagine he'd have a decent challenge ready to snap Gerrard with

Agree1 Disagree1

Id have him even with one eye

Everton have released six players whose contracts expired at the end of the season, including midfielder James McFadden and goalkeeper Marcus Hahnemann.

McFadden made just eight appearances during his second spell at the club, having joined as a free agent in October, while Hahnemann failed to make a first-team appearance after agreeing a short-term deal in September.

On-loan striker Denis Stracqualursi has gone back to Argentinian club Tigres while Royston Drenthe, who did not play the final month of the season after being disciplined by manager David Moyes, is looking for a new club as his contract with Real Madrid expires shortly.

Goalkeepers Adam Davies and Connor Roberts, defender Aristote Nsiala and winger Femi Orenuga have all been released, having never featured for the first team.

Just seen on SSN the 12 Bolton players have invoked relegation release clauses, these include Reocoker, Sean Davis, and Klasnic. All availabe free and wouldn't have hugh wages, surely these would at least be decent squad players!!

Kurajan

Believable18 Unbelievable18

Think the only one I would have is Klasnic and then only as a back up to Jelly!bit like Big Strac this year!

SP

Agree1 Disagree1

Reo Coker maybe, Klasnic and Davis are 32 and we need to spend money wisely, as wages and signing on fees can be costly. We do have plenty of midfielders better than Reo Coker and whether he'd get games anyway i'm not sure. {Ed025's Note - reo coker??....absolute tosh!...never in a million years..

Agree1 Disagree1

No better than what we have would be a waste of wages. Mike {Ed025's Note - your right mike..

Agree1 Disagree1

Do we really wan't player's like reocoker at Everton? maybe klasnic on a pay as you play, at a push...

Agree1 Disagree0

Ed your right about reocoker hes proper pony

joe bootle

Agree1 Disagree0

Good on free. wouldnt mind klasnic and reo coker bit of waste of wages tho coz they would never get played probs. {Ed025's Note - reo coker is pants imo..

EASY SOLUTION- Sell Yobo and Anichibe = Peanuts Deal.
One of the assets ( Baines , jags , Felli , Barkley < Rodwell ) will be sold to fund a player or 2. Moyes will bring in the usual laon player ( s ) and throw Owen in on a Free ( pay as you play deal ) and you have a good squad.

Which player do we sell...remembering what ever we get roughly 30% will go to the bank.

Believable5 Unbelievable26

Sell one of our best, to buy one player, we're is the logic in that?

Why not just keep the best and not buy that one player?

Agree1 Disagree1

We have just released six players . We do not need to sell anyone. Just add two or three decent players and a couple of squad players. Likely loans or free transfers but as long as there quality.

Agree0 Disagree0

If only things were that easy!
we've been trying to sell Yobo for ages and why sell Anichebe? he's a young squad player who is learning his trade and will almost certainly learn off Jelavic.
(Andy the Chef)

Agree0 Disagree0

It got rejected...

Agree1 Disagree1

Your clearly not a true blue if you would be willing to sell Baines an the Afro

Agree0 Disagree1

Why do people want Big Vic out, yes he is not the best player in the world yes he is lazy half of the time. But the lad can score goals when played as a striker! He scored 6 this season in 16 appearances! If he can stay fit and gets a good run (with fans behind him) I think he could do a job upfront with Jely! {Ed024's Note - Vic is a handy substitute and squad player, but if we got a decent bid in for him he would probably be sold

GRANT HOLT TRANSFER REQUEST !! MOYES MUST BE SNIFFING !

Believable16 Unbelievable20

Here's our chance!

Agree1 Disagree1

Big no no pace not good enough
Ste44

Agree1 Disagree1

Waste money we havent got on a over 30 one season wonder farmer, rather have owen and thats saying something {Ed024's Note - Grant holt good season, but not for me

Agree0 Disagree0

His transfer request has been rejected

Agree0 Disagree1

Was being optimistic about players like cardozo and then spoilt my dreaming mentioning holt we need to go forward not backwards

Agree1 Disagree0

Moyes rarely buys 'older' players. He likes to buy up and coming players with potential. This guy is too old for Moyes and would want big wages. I would suggest Moyes would be more inclined and interested in someone like Rhodes of Huddersfield? What do you think?

Agree1 Disagree1

Heard today from a guy at huddersfield that we an Norwich are in for Rhodes, big step up for the lad.! {Ed025's Note - well it is if he comes to us..

Everton will try to temp Adam Johnson to Goodison on loan while he thinks his career over. This would also be a great replacement for Royston Drenthe. {Ed025's Note - his wages are off the scale mate...so i doubt it..

Had a video conference in work yesterday with our Milan office. One of the Italians, an Inter fan, told me that they are getting rid of a load of their squad. They’ve told Forlan to find a new club. Apparently he wants to come back to England, and he still has a house in the North West from his United days. Word on the Milan street is that Moratti has been in touch with Everton about him, as Inter want Barkley to go the other way. They’re looking all over Europe for bright young stars for a massive restructuring of their squad, and want to bring in 5 or 6 17/18/19 year olds to build a team for the future. {Ed025's Note - i happen to like forlan, but for ross?....i dont think so..

Believable8 Unbelievable26

If they want to do a swap deal for Ross fine, we'l take forlan, sneijder and Maicon... then you've got a deal {Ed025's Note - dead right..

Agree1 Disagree0

Lies, off with his head!
Forlan is too old and errr Barkley too unproven...
Mind you dem foreigners do like the obscure transfer deal so maybe its Forlan for first refusal on Barkley and a transfer fee of £x aswell...

Or maybe not!

Agree1 Disagree1

Forlan would be great alongside Jelavic for a couple of seasons.

Forlan + 20 million and I'd take it. It's not like Barkley is going to be played more than 2 games a season by Moyes. lol

whiteshadow

Agree1 Disagree1

Although I would take Forlan every day of the week but I doubt they would move for an unproven youngster and I doubt Moyes would go for a player whos old and on a lot of money
Joe EFC {Ed025's Note - you mean like owen?..

Gueye to go nowhere. Going to be a big player for us!

Believable32 Unbelievable12

Don't think he good enough he was poor in semi that done it for me ste44

Agree0 Disagree0

The whole team were poor for the Semi. The Quarter replay against Sunderland he was on fire!

Agree0 Disagree0

Hes getting played out of position, id send him out on loan you can see hes got quality, as i said yesterday blackpool are ment to be intrested

Agree0 Disagree0

I went to semi final, he was out of his depth, if he had been taken off at half time we would have made final. playing well for the reserves is one thing, but he cannot produce on the big stage. would do player cash deal for zaha.

Agree0 Disagree0

Dont think people should be having a go at the lad,yes he was poor in the semi but the team didnt perform and Moyes obviously sees something in him. I think a loan deal would suit both us and whoever he goes on loan to,possibly Blackpool?
Joe EFC

Agree1 Disagree1

He is worth another season. he is better value than billy was and at least he goes past a player.

CzechsHand.

Agree0 Disagree0

Sorry but if he's our secret weapon we are truly bolloxed,s**t himself in the semi, can't beat a man and just because he was semi decent at Sunderland doesn't make one for the future! {Ed025's Note - bit harsh that mate..

Agree0 Disagree0

I think he may not be seen in an efc shirt again after his showing at stoke would not link up with pienaar or distin did not go past a useless full back and showed not one ounce of bottle hence moyes dragging him off 20 mins from time oh and by the way he was only on as sub for victor only time will tell moyes dosent like players who let the team down esecially when we were leading 1 -0.

So we will see the new kit for the first time when the team get back to training. And of course they will be using it on their pre season tours. Home kit out in June and away and 3rd out in July.

It's typical of Nike to use the same style of replica throughout their range. So don't be surprised if the style matches what other teams who use Nike will be wearing. That picture doing the rounds with the white bands on the sleeves is possibly the design we will end up with. As a hint take a look at the new Brazil and Holland Nike kits for the Euro's

Toffee ace

Believable16 Unbelievable6

Why the f*** would Brazil have a Euors kit unless they have decided to move lol
Cheeks

Agree1 Disagree1

That would be a better option than the new arsenal or united kits they are pants......grbefc

Liverpool Echo says we are trying to get rid of Yobo quicker than expected, how much do you think we will get for him? {Ed025's Note - not very much..

Believable22 Unbelievable0

2mil at most or end up back in res had all this last summer with him {Ed025's Note l- i would give him away..

Agree1 Disagree0

I recall alot of people wanting to give Billy away Ed and look what the funds from him got us!

IMWT

Blue Bones {Ed025's Note - i agree bones...but what would we get for yobo?.....two bob, and a dead mouse..

Agree0 Disagree0

£4m is what we want for Yobo apparently hes been a big hit over there and if they dont buy him, another team will i think we will get around £2.5m for him.
Joe EFC

Agree1 Disagree1

Get rid of him quickly what a laugh 2 years and counting only everton you coudnt make it up willo {Ed025's Note - its easier to get rid of shingles than yobo willo..

Agree0 Disagree1

3.5 million or say yobo and 1m for pienaar

Agree0 Disagree0

3-4 million

Links to Cardozo are wide of the mark as I have it on good authority that it is another Benfica player Moyes is tracking ... Saviola ... Benfica want shut and Moyes sees him as an ideal recruitment for around the £3m mark

BlueFraggle

Believable21 Unbelievable5

Me likes this... mind you he must be about 42!

Agree1 Disagree1

Its cardozo they want of the books because his wages we have a bargaining tool in silva as they want him

Agree1 Disagree0

3 million for Saviola, thats quality, seeming he used to play for Real Madrid

Tim Cahill and Steven Peinaar have caught the attention of QPR and Fulham who will have money to spend this coming transfer season

Believable4 Unbelievable32

Take it your just back from the pub or the mad house

Agree0 Disagree0

Every team will have money to spend this Summer! except us.
(Andy the Chef)

Agree1 Disagree1

Are you sure this isn't January's rumour

Agree1 Disagree0

Yes it is cahill was ment to got qpr think qpr want pienaar this summer but he loves everton so i dont see him goin to qpr if everton offer {Ed025's Note - tim is onlly going one place...back home to australia..
