unlucky lads manduzkic looks more likely to join juve as they have put a bigger offer than we could ever dream of bidding for one player, oh well good luck to the lad hell be gettin CL football

Juve have bought everyone this year doubt anyone will be left for other teams come deadline day
Agree0

Why are still favourites with bookies at 3/1 to sign him then and Juventus aren't mentioned in bookies odds? Jack Carter

Why we need manduzkic? There are more better players availble cheaply. Indian blue

After last night we are lucky juve got him always on his arse never stopped moaning rolling about faking injury dont want to see that in a blue shirt coyb

Where's this come from? it doesn't say anything about this anywhere...and we're not skint ste45, we obviously have some money
Agree1

Rolling around?
Mandzukic got absolutely clattered by Sergio Ramos last night!! I think he's had an extremely impressive tournament and woud love to see him in an Everton shirt. I've got a sneaky feeling Moyes has been promised funds as well...
Agree1

He is a free agent so why would you need to pay for him?
Agree0
Disagree0
No he isn't a free agent at all i suggest you check your facts.
Agree0
Disagree0
You'd need to pay for him because he's not a free agent
Agree1

He's not a free agent, thank goodness you're not a football writer, you'd be even less reliable than the Mirror.

Whos the person who says we are lucky not to get him, rolling around, moaning etc? U ARE A JOKE!! i think every evertonian would be pleased to see him at our club partnering jelavic. We love the jellyman, he was amazing for us, but mandzukic has stole all the plaudits ahead of him so just imagine what he could do in a blue shirt. A signing like him would make other teams fans very envious! coyb. cheltenham M

Everton have been linked with Mandzukic and Rakitic but the member of the Croatian squad most likely to end up at Goodison may be left back Strinic, as a young, promising, reasonably priced replacement for Baines.

Not sure if anyone knows the answer to this but
if/when rangers become a new company do we
not have to make any further payments for
jelavic because he was bought from the previous
company. Possibly bit more money to spend in
summer
Believable26
Unbelievable13
Fairly sure we still have to pay its like if you buy a car then the dealer goes bust the dealers creditors are able to claim the money from the dealers debtors
I could be wrong but i doubt it
ToffeeAL
Agree0
Disagree0
I'd expect the creditors willbe calling in all outstanding debts, we don't get away with it that easily!.
Agree0
Disagree1
I read somewhere that transfer money has to be paid to the SPL rather than to Rangers directly. They also owed us money from a previous transfer (Michael Ball?) so we weren't even paying the entire 5m+ in full due to this. Is that right?
Spudv
Agree1
Disagree0
Spudv is correct, we will be due money to the SPL although it will be less than previously quoted.
Also, all Rangers players will be available on the cheap, again the money going to the SPL/SFA. JM
Agree1
Disagree0
Correct in that the money will go to the SPL to pay creditors but the original terms of the agreement stand. In other words the installment plan is still valid.

I said we should look at him months ago. But arsenal were after him a while back but the fee was the major problem. Maybe a felli type deal in installments might do the job

Madrid are going after modric and bilic said he will be moving to Spain. Hopefully that means they won't go after Fellaini because I don't think he would go to Chelsea and Man Utd are looking for alternatives to Baines because ferguson is not willing to pay more than £15million, hope this is all true..........

Yes only really make any sense if its 15mil and Coentreo for baines and although id prefer it if baines stayed that wouldnt be a bad deal coentreo has look a quality attacking full back but i repeat i would prefer baines to stay

Posted just before Poland's first match about their captain Jakub BÅ‚aszczykowski being linked with Everton, he's impressed and here's a quote from an Interview from Moyes "I wouldn't say that anyone I hadn't already heard of has caught my eye so far at Euro 2012. A couple of Poles have done well in parts of their games, but they are already established with Borussia Dortmund". He doesnt mention names but I'd guess that means he has been keeping a close eye on either the Jakub or the Rb. Mind you it all depends on funds yet.

roatia hot-shot Mario Mandzukic has told Everton they will have to wait until the end of Euro 2012 before he sorts out his future.
The striker currently has three goals and is joint top scorer at the tournament, with his performances alerting a string of clubs.
Everton landed his team-mate Nikica Jelavic in January and the move paid off in some style, with the former Rangers man netting nine in 13 league games following his move from Ibrox.
Now, David Moyes wants to pair the duo ready for the new season and the Scot is prepared to offer Wolfsburg £7m.
But Mandzukic says he needs to focus on the tournament with Croatia before discussing where his future may lie.

Baines will not go to utd to sit on the bench two years before the world cup. cole is starting to show his age and frailties and baines will want to play regularly, with evra who was capt towards the end of last season he will not play as much as he will with the blues, imo............grbefc

Here's an English translation for everyone: My friend works at the club and said that we are set to sign Joe Cole and Dale Jennings for a combined fee of about 3 million-Dale hates Germany and would welcome a return home and Everton is an option. Joe Cole had a very good 1st season in France and I think he will do well for us.
Just in case none of you understand this chap's language.

Don't shoot the messenger was speaking to a reserve player, not naming who, and he was saying that Fellaini wants to go to Madrid or Chelsea because he wants to play in the champions league. Also all of the players seem to think Baines is going to Man Utd next month because it will create more first team chances for England and he is still close to home. Moyes doesn't want to go to Spurs because he is waiting for Alex Ferguson to retire and go the Man Utd. That's what I've heard, doesn't sound true but he plays for the reserves and speaks to the players alot.... As I said don't shoot the messenger, just want to let you know what I got told............

Don't know where the " information " came from, but is incorect. Baines will only be allowed to go in the event of an outrages offer, inacsess of 25m, and as united have run away at 20m, don't see them comeing back. In the case of felline, it is in one sence out of the clubs control, there is a buy out number in his new contract, but was told it was 28m, and if he forces the issue, everton will insist on all the cash up frount, very few could meet that condition.

Fellaini has a buy out clause in his contract of 26 million and his agent/dad is pushing for a move. This I fear is the likely one David Moyes will have to sell, due to the clause. Only Chelsea and Real interested at the moment- Belgium Blue
