Not sure if anyone knows the answer to this but
if/when rangers become a new company do we
not have to make any further payments for
jelavic because he was bought from the previous
company. Possibly bit more money to spend in
summer

Fairly sure we still have to pay its like if you buy a car then the dealer goes bust the dealers creditors are able to claim the money from the dealers debtors
I could be wrong but i doubt it

I'd expect the creditors willbe calling in all outstanding debts, we don't get away with it that easily!.

I read somewhere that transfer money has to be paid to the SPL rather than to Rangers directly. They also owed us money from a previous transfer (Michael Ball?) so we weren't even paying the entire 5m+ in full due to this. Is that right?

Spudv is correct, we will be due money to the SPL although it will be less than previously quoted.

Also, all Rangers players will be available on the cheap, again the money going to the SPL/SFA. JM

Correct in that the money will go to the SPL to pay creditors but the original terms of the agreement stand. In other words the installment plan is still valid.

I said we should look at him months ago. But arsenal were after him a while back but the fee was the major problem. Maybe a felli type deal in installments might do the job

Posted just before Poland's first match about their captain Jakub BÅ‚aszczykowski being linked with Everton, he's impressed and here's a quote from an Interview from Moyes "I wouldn't say that anyone I hadn't already heard of has caught my eye so far at Euro 2012. A couple of Poles have done well in parts of their games, but they are already established with Borussia Dortmund". He doesnt mention names but I'd guess that means he has been keeping a close eye on either the Jakub or the Rb. Mind you it all depends on funds yet.

Pizczsek is going to Real Madrid apparently so I'd say Blaszczykowski would be more likely. He'd be good for us, would be a quality signing.

roatia hot-shot Mario Mandzukic has told Everton they will have to wait until the end of Euro 2012 before he sorts out his future.

The striker currently has three goals and is joint top scorer at the tournament, with his performances alerting a string of clubs.

Everton landed his team-mate Nikica Jelavic in January and the move paid off in some style, with the former Rangers man netting nine in 13 league games following his move from Ibrox.

Now, David Moyes wants to pair the duo ready for the new season and the Scot is prepared to offer Wolfsburg £7m.

But Mandzukic says he needs to focus on the tournament with Croatia before discussing where his future may lie.

Why would we be putting so much effort into getting pienaar, only to let baines his attacking partner go?

Baines will not go to utd to sit on the bench two years before the world cup. cole is starting to show his age and frailties and baines will want to play regularly, with evra who was capt towards the end of last season he will not play as much as he will with the blues, imo............grbefc

Don't shoot the messenger was speaking to a reserve player, not naming who, and he was saying that Fellaini wants to go to Madrid or Chelsea because he wants to play in the champions league. Also all of the players seem to think Baines is going to Man Utd next month because it will create more first team chances for England and he is still close to home. Moyes doesn't want to go to Spurs because he is waiting for Alex Ferguson to retire and go the Man Utd. That's what I've heard, doesn't sound true but he plays for the reserves and speaks to the players alot.... As I said don't shoot the messenger, just want to let you know what I got told............

Don't know where the " information " came from, but is incorect. Baines will only be allowed to go in the event of an outrages offer, inacsess of 25m, and as united have run away at 20m, don't see them comeing back. In the case of felline, it is in one sence out of the clubs control, there is a buy out number in his new contract, but was told it was 28m, and if he forces the issue, everton will insist on all the cash up frount, very few could meet that condition.

Fellaini has a buy out clause in his contract of 26 million and his agent/dad is pushing for a move. This I fear is the likely one David Moyes will have to sell, due to the clause. Only Chelsea and Real interested at the moment- Belgium Blue

Can i just say Baines will not have more of a chance in the spain team at United. He will not be a regular starter and hes got more of a chance with us because he stands out as being one of our best players
