who writes this rubbish? Oviedo work permit agreed prior to signing thats why moyes spent half a day in london. dirty redrubbishe again.

Oviedo does NOT have a work permit! Thats according to the BBC and Everton official website. {Ed025's Note - it has been finalised now, but he wont be available tonight..
