I agree about rodwell but totally disagree about hernandez. I think fergie & the backroom staff think there was a possibility of a serious burnout due to over 4 years non stop. then he had a serious concussion problem, he's quality.

Rodders will be like a new signing this year. AS long as he stays fit.

When was the last time Everton did a straight swap deal? Once I think in Rodders lifetime that would be Cottee for Burrows.
Conclusion; if the rumour involves a swap its been made up by some kid playing champ manager!

I Think we should use Gibbo on the right of midfield... He'd be quality with Hibbo playing behind him. Weve got a surplus in CM players and to move him to the right would help out with selection on RM also.

Sounds like a level of quality that we should be looking to be better than now. I love Hibbert for his work rate and ability as it has shown to cover centre back when needed, unfortunately not the future if we want to be brutally honest. Coleman to RB with a pienaar type player (assuming Donovan is not coming permanently) in front of him. Will fly down the wing Baines like and give us good attacking power. Just my opinion of course :-)

Gibbo offers far too much protection in that holding role for when Baines goes marauding, he is the only natural holding cm we have. Coleman will get another chance to prove his worth if no-one comes in to play there, if not it will be Naismith without a doubt.
