Since Pienaar is supposedly out (even though I have a sneaking suspicion his injury was a bit of a ruse because he wanted a break instead of flying to South Africa on duty) my guess would be we'll see Oviedo on the bench against Newcastle - and by the way the OS has been feeding us story after story of his ability and has him listed as a midfielder over defender, I'd expect him to make a late run on as LM.

Very interested to see how he goes, he hasn't had the publicity of Mirallas or Naismith and I have never ever heard of him, but I have this strange sense of confidence about him being a success. It must stem from Moyes, because we all know he has this talent of spotting a player from anywhere, and Moyes seemed very keen to sign the lad, I mean as soon as his side were eliminated from the CL he immediately put the bid in, and he has had him scouted numerous times last season.

Very interested to see how he goes.

Hes not got clearance yet

Reckon Naisy will start on the left with Coleman on the right, Osman off Jelavic, Neville and Felli in midfield (If Pienaar is out). Not exactly the team i'd pick but its probably the one Moyes will put out.

Oviedo has only just complete visa so hes not available

Think Pienaar will be fit mate to be honest but if he's not i'd expect Moyes to just put Mirallas on the left, he plays left, right or behind the striker.
Other option and the one that a negative Moyes would do is Osman on the left with Neville midfield he's done it before!!
As I said though I think Pienaar will be fit, it was only a knock.

Manchester United will look to move for Fellaini in January but will look to base the deal on cash plus a couple of players going the other way. JD

When was the last time Everton were involved in a swap deal? They are very rare. Therefore this rumour is fantasy!

Agree0 Disagree0

Rooney and vidic, done deal

Agree0 Disagree0

Agree with second poster, this rumour is total tosh, are we going to have three months of felli rumours, its gonna be a long three months then

Agree0 Disagree0

25 million welbeck, cleverly, and smalling will do ta

Everton are not going to swap players for Fellaini because there is no like-for-like replacement in the United team, plus that means more (unnecessary) wages

Agree0 Disagree0

20M plus Fletcher

CP

Agree0 Disagree0

20m and Fletcher? No way.

£35m cash please. Not Anderson, not Smalling, not Jones, not Cleverly. All sh*t players. £35m would be fine.

Agree0 Disagree1

Fletcher is dogrubbishe! I wouldn't take him on a free!

Agree1 Disagree1

Jones, Smalling and Fletcher are all sh*t? You lot are clueless

Agree1 Disagree1

Wouldn't take Fletcher on a free?! Shows how much you know about football..

Bobcat

Agree0 Disagree1

£35m straight up or £40m+Fletcher and they could get him. (joking, Fletcher is good but would be unsure about his fitness)
They do have some players though, I'd take Jones or Smalling to knock £10m off and that Chickendorito or whatever he calls himself wouldn't be bad.

Agree1 Disagree0

He best start by offering Rooney back for starters then

A few transfer bits this morning:

Manchester untried and Everton are on the trail of Torino's Italy international centre-back Angelo Ogbonna - The S*n.

Manchester United are keeping tabs on midfielder Marouanne Fellaini's situation at Everton - Sunday Mirror.

Chelsea are set to test Everton's resolve about hanging on to Marouanne Fellaini with a £30m bid for the Belgian - The Mail on Sunday.

Though I highly doubt it's true, if we can get 30m for Fellaini, sell any day. He's brilliant and I love him but 30m would do us a world of good, even if it means sacrificing such a talent.
