Fellaini is described as touch and go for the derby the following week, so my guess is that he will be out for the QPR game.
As for Gibson, he said on twitter that the scan provided good news and looks set to be included in the squad on the weekend, whether that be in the XI or on the bench will be up to Moyes.
Mirallas has a tweak in the hamstring also, but should be fine.
