Any one heard bout felli bein exchanged 4 roony probably just
rumers {Ed025's Note - your right..

Believable3 Unbelievable24

Not heard that one. Although I heard He might be getting exchanged for Rooney and that's probably just rumours.

Agree0 Disagree0

Or probably just concocted in your mind

Agree0 Disagree0

We could not afford his wages and would we really want a player that sold us out and his the united badge in front of the faithful.

Fellaini is linked left right and centre to unsettle him its typical Manc tactics

Agree0 Disagree0

The Rooney money saved the club, i would welcome him back anyday and to be honest i'd pack fellaini's bag and drive him there, and pick rooney up.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Jan 2013 10:51:31
id drive him to manchester myself, if we could get rooney just until the end of the season. The lad can do damage and not just to OAP's

Agree0 Disagree0

I'll pass on Shrek. Vastly over-rated and Fellaini is twice the player, for all round ability and versatility Fellaini has no peers. Shrek is just a lump who scores the occasional great goal. {Ed025's Note - i think hes a bit better than that mate..

Agree0 Disagree0

Can't beleive you wastedyour time writting that rubbish!

Rumours are we are being linked with a nigerian lad called Fegorr Ogude, don't know much about the guy but he's described as 'engine' on fifa

Believable5 Unbelievable19

If he's Nigerian and described as an Engine, he quite clearly hasn't been modelled on the Yak, Vic or Ammo 3 of the most bone idle players we've had!
More life in an urgent note!
Dave M

Agree0 Disagree0

You sure you haven't mixed this guy up with one of those little fellas from the new hobbit film?

Agree0 Disagree0

The lad plays for the norwegian club Vaalerengen. He is a strong and powerful midfielder, a fan´s favourite two seasons ago but injured for most of last season!

Agree0 Disagree0

Everton apparently in talks with Ettiene Capoue of Toulouse. I would be estatic if Moyes could pull that one of, but they transfer fee involved would be more than £5mill so I can't see it happening unless the board members have finally opened their bulging wallets

Believable9 Unbelievable17

I've seen a French publication called Sud Ouest reporting this. A good, reliable publication that doesn't publish rumours or speculation. Could have legs this one, I certainly hope so, Capoue would be an absolutely unbelievable signing. I, for one, would be very very happy if we could get him signed

Agree0 Disagree0

If you read the full article it claims he will be a replacement for Fellaini, who will go to chelski, and Everton will snap up Capoue for between 10-12m.

Agree0 Disagree0

French newspaper revealed in last few minutes that this lad is having a medical in the next few days

Agree0 Disagree0

Fellaini replacement or are the board putting money in at last to see if we can get top 4. Remember we are getting 20mil sky money next season so it only takes one of them to stump up the cash and then they get it back next season. Fellaini may go in summer but at least then we have had a fair crack at this top 4. We are the best placed for it that we have been for years. This is going to be a very interesting last two weeks. If we add to squad and no one leaves then I would be proud of the board and that would send out the best message and we will all get behind them even more. We need to believe. COYB EFC!!

Agree0 Disagree0

I doubt he would be mega money anyway he plays in the French league and is only contracted to 2014 I'd say you could get him for 7million

Agree0 Disagree0

We do have a rep for spending big on player DM really belives he can turn into a real gem. So imo if DM thinks the lad is worth the punt then it's a possibility. What we don't do is spend money regularly on the possibility that we may find that hidden gem. There is nothing wrong with being prudent but it is very frustrating when we see other clubs splashing the dosh on our supposed targets.

Forren to the RS, Agger to City then Lescott to Everton. Jobsagoodun.
Nostrawigus {Ed025's Note - lets hope your not that premature in the bedroom nostra...nothing is finalised yet mate..

Believable6 Unbelievable10

I hope you're not flirting with me Ed025. There is nothing wrong with planning ahead.

Nostrawigus {Ed025's Note - any chance of the lottery numbers for wednesday mate.. :)

Agree0 Disagree0

Doubt it. Forren to Reds, Coates loaned out and Carra retires.. We need to give Duffy and Hammar some experience and focus on central midfield and a goal scorer

So Rodgers will have spent 42mill since aug we spent 8mill.

Believable10 Unbelievable2

Net spend has been 9mill.

Agree0 Disagree0

I think, judging by the league table, your statement should have read 'So Ted Rodgers has wasted 42m since August and we have spent 9m'. Goes to show that teams don't have to throw money around to occupy the top spots in the league, I'd rather be in our position than theirs to be honest. Their well will dry up once again, maybe this time they will find it harder to dig themselves out of a financial hole.... We can only wish eh!

Sad but true, BBC website states he's having a trial there tomorrow ....

Believable2 Unbelievable1

I wish we would stop scouting for other clubs letting everyone now who were interested in ie holtby forran tom efc catterick would just sign them and no one the wiser tom efc

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm sorry tom, I didn't know Everton were the only team allowed to scout players. Who says we were interested in Holtby ? Because he's a blue we must be interested ? In that case, Bill, if you're reading give us a ring mate I'll sign up for £2,000 a wk

What have your heard about Foreen, ED {Ed025's Note - only that he is moving to the prem...50/50 whether its us..

Believable2 Unbelievable1

14 Jan 2013 18:16:35
Massive misunderstandings about Forren. Basically, he's just training with Liverpool on a sort of trial, but there has been no fee agreed between Molde and Liverpool. There's another Premier League club that are in advances stages of talks with Molde for him but it doesn't look like it's us as we seem to have cooled our interest in him. So basically it was all blown out of proportion, as usual.

Murf

Believable4 Unbelievable2

Exactly PER KOULDROP anyone, in MOYES i trust . Let them have him COYB

Agree0 Disagree0

According to the TV, fee agreed between Saints and Molde! {Ed025's Note - the press are brilliant.. :)

Agree0 Disagree0

Maybe moyes is controling the market by watching crap players alerting the press about it then watching other teams spend a lot of money on the players, while he laughs to himself win win then other teams are full of crap players and out of money if this is true we could win the league in about 15 years just got to hope teams don't get on to it IMWT COYB

Agree0 Disagree0

Forren, who Moyes has had an eye on for a long time is being snapped up by Liverpool.
This is why Moyes needs money, Spends half his time scouting players he can't buy. Other clubs watch who he's looking at and then buy them.
It's not what we think anymore, it's blatantly obvious that other managers look at who Moyes is scouting and know they can bid more and offer better wages. Harry Redknapp did it at Spurs and I'm sure other manager's have done it in the past aswell.
Our board need a kick in the arse..

Believable15 Unbelievable2

Has anyone said Liverpool fc. All I'm reading is tat he is due in Liverpool for a medical. There's more than one team in Liverpool.

Agree0 Disagree0

Your deluded if you think we're the only club that scouts players. As all clubs scout players apart from Chelsea and Man City so get over it man,

Agree0 Disagree0

Calm down. It's the same source that claimed he was coming to Everton for a medical last month (TV2), and was about to wrap up a medical and agree personal terms. It's not done yet.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Jan 2013 19:01:19
Hes probably decided on Liverpool cos he's heard they all speak Norwegian

Degsy

Agree0 Disagree0

Since when has Forren signed for Liverpool? No fact, pure speculation as per usual {Ed025's Note - your right..

Agree0 Disagree0

We can't spend money that we don't generate.
We do not have a sugar daddy to bankroll us.
I am hurting inside just like every other supporter but we have to face facts and we can't keep up with other teams anymore.
I do not see this changing anytime in the near future.
Ste Old Swan

Agree0 Disagree0

Chin up Ste me old mucker. We are 5th mate and have a great squad.

Forren due on merseyside tomorrow to have a medical at Liverpool.

Believable2 Unbelievable4

In the long term it might be a blow, but provided they stay fit, there are very few who could displace jags or distain and if there is some cash i think our imedate needs seem to be in other areas.

News station in Norway reporting that Vergard Forren is on his way to Liverpool as they beat there blue rivals to his signature, what a fool big mistake head up blues we move on now Moyes will unearth a gem somewhere .Stef the blue

Believable1 Unbelievable2

If he does not want to come, he can to the dark side, we should send an invoice to Liverpool for scouting fees. Typical Everton, too slow too catch a cold.

Eds, Vegard Forren to have medical at liverpool tomorrow.
persons!
Did the same with agger!
Waited til last minute and came in with an over the top bid.
Very disapointing lads.

jon b

Believable4 Unbelievable3

Why exactly are you disappointed by this?

We had a look at him. Decided he wasn't good enough.

And now they are buying him. Brilliant.

Agree0 Disagree0

The bid they had accepted was £4mil..wouldn't call it 'over the top' but it's not really the kind of money we've got to throw around.

Both Reading & Everton are interested in a moce for Andrey Arshavin from Arsenal. Reports say Arshavin is in progress with talks with Everton now. Arsenal have confimed he is likelt to leave for 6 Million

James

Believable4 Unbelievable14

And that's just his salary!

Agree0 Disagree0

£6million?!?!

Jesus Christ.

Agree0 Disagree0

We don't have 6million so it is not going happen

Agree0 Disagree0

Please do not sign arshaving, he is well past his sell by date. Also for the amount, salary salary etc, we should have gone all out for Forren, but looking at texts looks like the rubbish are getting him. What's going on aqt Everton, no change of Champions League if they have no ambition.

Agree0 Disagree0

The only way we would get arshavin would be on loan, and that is very doubtful with the amount of wages he would want. 6 Milion for a player who has seemingly gone past his best, combined with his age.... definately not. we only paid as much as we did for pienaar because he was such an important player, why would we pursue such a financially irregular deal. Another question is; do we even have a spare 6 mil?

Fellas - a mate of mine works within the Press team at goodison. He's just text me saying a press conference has been scheduled for 1.00pm tomorrow (15th Jan) to unveil a new signing...... He didn't say who it was but 100% trustable source

Believable9 Unbelievable10

Another person with no name, therefore I'm not believing.

Dave M

Agree0 Disagree0

Its 13.02 and no press conferance ! really good source you have there well done

Agree0 Disagree0

The source was 100% reliable like I said - the conference was set up as the management were expecting Forren to sign but as everyone now knows, Liverpool and Southampton have now come in for him.

So to all you keyboard warriors, put that in your pipe and smoke it

Schakle want money for holtby instead of letting one of their prized assets leave on a free transfer and are asking to at least 2.5 mil. Everton could steal the midfielder from Tottenham with a bid and his dad could bribe him to the club being a fellow blues supporter. EfcTommy anything eds?

Believable7 Unbelievable9

He's already signed a pre-contract with Spurs, get over it!

Agree0 Disagree0

Why would we want to sign a lad who could have signed for us originally but chose to go to spurs for the money and he thinks they will win the PL, clearly he doesn't want to come to us, so it isn't going to happen! Holtby rumors are getting boring!

Agree0 Disagree0

F#*k him we don't want to be 2nd choice to anyone wages to dear any way

Agree0 Disagree0

He's going spurs to keep the bench warm thing with that club any decent player who cums available theyl buy him even if they don't need him it's just so no 1 else can have him at the time agree?

Agree0 Disagree0

What is all this, could have signed for us nonsense? Seriously just because the lad is an Everton fan does not mean that we have to have him, were interested in him, or he was interested in us. This is such a non story, there are lots of professional players who are boyhood Evertonians, we don't need team full of them. Trust Moyes, if he wanted him im sure we would have been in the running but i have never heard any mention of his name other than on places like here. He was never coming.

Svenny

Agree0 Disagree0

Don't you think if he was coming here we would have went for him on a free like Totenham have done rather than pay money we just don't have.
