We're hearing that Everton are close to signing Junior, a 20-year-old ex-Man City midfielder on a free transfer.
Not much is known about the Guinea-Bissau national, who was exclusively found in the reserves at Man City and the youth system at Benfica before that, but he's a free agent after release from Everton and it looks as though Moyes is going to take a chance on him to bolster the squad.

According to the Liverpool post we are about to rap up the signing of Francisco Santos Silva Júnior, but this should mean Rodwell will go in the summer !

I did type a long rant about the difference between opinion and rumour.
But what's the point ! My question is whats your source because the article never mentioned Rodwell leaving in the summer it talks about adding strength to the midfield after Donavon leaves!!
Maybe I'm just tired, but I come on here to enjoy the banter page and see what the actual rumours are and then possibly quite sadly research the players based on the quality of the rumour and Ed25's inside knowledge.
I've gone on enough, I was on a high after the weekend but for some reason this post really irritated me.
No offence but please if it's rumour state your source even if it is Mrs Neville's, Milkman's pet goldfish at least I can laugh about it then.

Rodwell is a class act, and if he can overcome his injury problems, he will be at the center of englands midfield for the next ten years, as such we should do all we can to keep him and get him fit.
This was never ment to upset anyone, and yes the rodwell thing is opinion, but thats just what I got from the article, if rodwell is always injured, and we have a strong enough midfield without him, than we will surely cash in on him and strengthen other areas of the squad right ? But besides, I am not trying to bring doom and gloom to you all, its just a rumour, I am not saying it is defiantly going to happen am I ? {Ed003's Note - Dont worry about it mate,Blackpool will bring the doom and gloom to you ................ :-) }
