Eds how many players do you see us getting in? I personally want and think we need 11, if ross and rom go they need replacing and getting rid of the dead wood and playing europa.

{Ed025's Note - 11 seems a bit extreme to me berkshire im looking at 4 or 5, thats quality first teamers of course but there may be a squad player or 2 to beef up our second string mate..

12 May 2017 16:37:07
Yeah 11 does seem a bit heavy, we aren't that far away imo.

GK, Centre half (maybe 2) , ACM, Winger, Striker (x2 if Rom leaves) .

My dream summer would be signing Olivier Baumann for gk, Harry McGuire and Either Romanogli or VVD for CB, Gylfi Sigurrdson or Klassen for CAM, either Malcom from Bordeaux, the Nigerian lad Henry Onykeuru, or Helder Costa for a winger, and both Kasper Dolberg and Sandro for strikers. This would show the world that we are an ambitious club who will be fighting for silverware and the top four.
Hopefully we can get 3 points and a goal for Ross and Rom in their potential last game at Goodison in the Everton blue. Coyb.

In my opinion to be competing for top4 I believe we need hart/ butland, keane/ van dijk and another defensive player, sigurdson/ klaasen, and would love Willian aswell. I would also personally like dolberg with us signing defoe aswell with even more firepower.

I think 11 is very possible. As well as Rom and Barkley going we are also going to have to replace Geri, McGeady, Kone and to a point Aaron Lennon. Add to that we are also without Seamus and Yannick for some months yet and furtermore i see at least one of keepers going, Jimmy Mc going and possibly a couple from Jags, Barry and Mori.

I suspect a couple of the young lads will step up, particularly for Early Euro games but, with Europe as well, we need quantity as well as quality.

Busy summer for our accountant.

See on Sky today we are going for Sigurtson (spellin) and interested in Klasson.

If we get both and lose ross i'd be happy with that both can take us up a level.

Would love to get Gylfi, but watched Klassen and he reminded me of Neismith. Maybe he just had a bad night.

Dolberg may be better from Ajax. Unless he goes to a top top club.

Hi Ed's,

What is the latest with that young Brazilian kid, Caio Emerson, we were linked with.

Last I read, months back, we were in the driving seat.

Where do things stand now?

Cheers.

{Ed002's Note - He signed for Grenada when he became 18.}

Strange move for someone so highly though of.

Ah well, on to the next one.

Cheers Ed.

{Ed002's Note - If you think about it JMW it is a pretty sensible next step. His options were barcelona, Braga, Everton and Granada. At Barcelona he would disappear in to the B squad and then may be get a loan - no short-term future. Everton made little sense as it would be taking a youngster out of his comfort zone of sunny South America to move to the grim, wet and cobbled streets of the Northwest of England where there would be a significant cultural change, smog, dead & dying pit ponies laying on the street, little chance of football at the highest level and only chips and fried curry to eat.

That left Braga and Granada and Granada sold him their plan.}

Hahahah when you put it like that Ed, yes i guess it does make sense!

Great description that mate.

Cheers!

{Ed002's Note - Have a great day.}

Were this paradoxy to be true then it would no longer be a paradoxy.

I have to point out flaws in your descriptions of "up north" living places. It is evident by your choice usage of words that you are totally unaware of the parliamentary act of 2016 Entitled " Northern Towns " I would like to point out to you section 239, paragraph 16 sub paragraph XXL which goes by the sub heading of " Dead and dying Donkey"
Under no circumstances are you Northern Twats, allowed to continue to leave dead or dying Pit Ponies, Donkeys, canaries, or pit miners, on the streets. In other words stop. From this day hence with the exception of the pit miners, The other three shall be gifted to the local butcher to be sold as "Meat". The dead and dying pit miners are to be buried out in the moors with Kate Bush's Wuthering Heights being played as a warning to unsuspecting "sutherners"

{Ed002's Note - Thik of it as "roadkill" Grumpy.}

That is a life changer Ed002
I have sold the ponies to the glue factory
The terrace is up for sale
Do they have caravan parks in Braga?

Not giving up the chips tho.

Hi ed025 I have seen us linked with fair few players today but two who haven't been mentioned but on here are two De roon from Middlesbrough who has been class for them this season and has already said he love to play for everton and koeman and knockart who has tore championship apart and has already been bought in by Walsh before. i think they be good buys.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

{Ed025's Note - because everyone knows we have money and need players we are getting linked to every man and his dog bretto, we all have players in mind that we would like but i have to say de roon and knockart would not immediately spring to mind mate, they are decent players and would not cost the earth but im hopeful that our sights will be set a tad higher..

12 May 2017 07:20:13
they player's who if did come in would replace squad players for example de roon might replace McCarthy.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - that could be the case bretto but for me it would not be an upgrade, just like for like mate..
