He played well against us but his form aswell as every other sunderland pmayer took a hit last season. Maybe sam could get him back to his previous form. He would add a little more pace at the back.

Agree with both of you Martina is a liability we definatly need a left back in january. I thought John Joe Kenny was excellent today he has a big future ahead of him.

Martina is a right back, SA must see him as the best choice left back at the moment as he get selected so the fact that he is doing a job for the team earns him a bit of slack IMO.
