If heavy snow falls and makes travelling unsafe outside the ground might get called off with the likelihood of being replayed when Bolasie, Coleman will be back and hopefully a striker and defender with Coutinho in a Barcelona shirt, wishful thinking but Sam will have them fired up for Sunday anyway.

You can be sure of that Bazwil mate, he will have the lads fired up, and you never know if we did manage a win or draw what it would do to Big SAMs street cred, he would start winning over the diehards mate and secure his job.

Easier said than done Ed025. Like most of us I have family members (Brother, Sister, Grandson (that does hurt) ) , that are Red, so it becomes personal and emotional. That emotion does seem to transmit itself down to the pitch and players (some of whome also have family members on both sides of the park) . I wish it could be different but that is Everton v Liverpool every time. About time we put the voodoo eye on them, I fear this season under Sam could be too early but have faith, it will come right.

Great to see the youngsters last night, shame Nathan Broadhead only got a cameo role at the end, this is one youngster I rate highly in attack and hopefully one we will see come through to the first team in the future, for our overseas fans, keep an eye out for this youngster.

I don't really like saying this but having watched him a number of times I can't for the life of me understand how Davy Klassen was captain of Ajax. I know he's been playing in a team devoid of confidence but he seems clueless and runs around like a headless chicken. I hope if given a few games he can prove me wrong but I won't hold my breath.

Thought Davy was decent last night but I don’t understand what he does on the pitch, doesn’t score or assist, seems average on and off the ball.

To be fair to him last night he was quick to win the ball back and was tidy in his distribution. He hit a through ball to Lookman that was inch perfect and should have resulted in a goal. He also seemed to give it to the right person everytime.
It was 3 nil and we won. Not much to moan about really.

I agree with Cookie on Klaasen. Sorry to say but Scheiderlin lierally just gets in everyones way, anyone else spotted his Wilkins easy way out pass sideways or back style of 'it wasn't me' play. I don't really know if a change of position would help (like it has for Rooney) .

Schneiderlin was brilliant when we first signed him but has got progressively worse ever since. Definitely needs dropping at best if not selling.
Klaasen is like an appendix. You've got one but nobody is sure why.

Klaasen has been the biggest disappointment for me this season. He looked a very good player for Ajax but he has been very poor so far. Although the whole squad have been poor until 3 weeks ago.

While trying not to be to critical I have to say that the majority of fans are correct on Schneiderlin. Against a mediocre (at best) Limassol side in which we won 3-0, the one player that stood out for all the wrong reasons was Schneiderlin, to put it mildly, he was not very good. If Allardyce plays him then fair do's because that must mean he thinks there is a player in there somewhere, so we shall see.
