After Liverpool and now this against Leicester (two of the worse performances most of us have seen in a single season) there is no reaction from the Club (and no comments about knee jerk please that is just an insult to the intelligence) . Surely it is extremely difficult for even the illustrious showman that is our Chairman to put a spin on his last comment 'What a Manager' indeed Mr Kenwright indeed.

Apologies for hogging site with comments.
Just gone on video of blues who travelled to Leicester, singing in unison (thousands? )

'Martinez get out of our club'.

Did any of our Directors attend?
They all seem to be quiet tonight.

Bill, for the love of God get it sorted.

Lose to Sunderland, then nick Benitez from Newcastle.

Believable2 Unbelievable4

07 May 2016 21:39:01
Going to need some money because after what Martinez has achieved in 3 seasons (senior squad) there is one heck of a rebuilding job to do.

Agree1 Disagree1

07 May 2016 22:20:15
Rather see what a new manager could do with what we have first before we start splashing the cash. Why we doing so bad? Roughly 80% manager 20% players in simple where the problem lies type thing imo.

I have better idea dazza. Beat Sunderland and don't bother with Benitez. Not the worst manager but not for me either. Be an improvement on things at the moment but would that be hard?

Agree0 Disagree0

07 May 2016 22:17:59
Yes and let's hope Martinez does not get the money next year he would waste it.

Agree0 Disagree0

07 May 2016 21:25:19
From the leicester mercury - Roberto Martinez admits Everton caught up in Leicester City's Premier League celebrations.

Any excuse, it's just comical. Can no longer use the FA cup, now it's someone else's celebrations!

Simple Question
Everton Banter
Sack him now agree?

Believable12 Unbelievable0

07 May 2016 21:27:21
If his contract gives him more money if you fire him before June 1 and tell him he's going to fire him on June 1. If there is no closets contract let him go now and he can take all of his brown shoes with him.

Agree4 Disagree1

07 May 2016 21:41:14
Sorry I dictated that one. Need spell check. Simply put he needs to go June 1

Now, by any chance does Bill have an insurance policy that pays 10 billion euros if Everton gets relegated next year?

Agree1 Disagree0

07 May 2016 21:15:25
Ii was born early 80s so the winning trophies was a little bit before my time I remember them a bit but not like a few on this site will. Saying that I had to endure senior school in the mid to late 90s (yes the bad old days) so it is now in my working life that I have to listen to the same crap I had in the 90s like we are going nowhere or "if your not careful you will go down" and I use to stand and argue every time but know I am struggling to even convince myself. I'm sorry fellow blues but this team/ manager is killing my passion for this club.

Believable6 Unbelievable0

07 May 2016 23:23:00
Dont let the clown get you down. i first started supporting them under gordon lee, must have been a fool then, riding a raleigh chopper bike with the match on radio city blaring out, nowodays its in the car with the radio turned down or sitting in top balc with head in my hands. Things do get better once we get a manager capable with a plan b. to many players thinking of the euros today, robles and pennington only stand out players the others might well have sat in the stands.

Agree0 Disagree0

07 May 2016 21:08:47
Had to decide between watching the npmatch or taking my son to the pool. Very glad I went swimming.

Outside of RM, are the players simply that bad? I shudder to think. No new manager may be Everton's salvation if that is the case.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

07 May 2016 21:07:59
Just watched his interview, no excuses and congratulations to Leicester, in a hurry to get out of there but also and more crucially he did not look like a man (same at Wigan) who is going to walk. He needs a big push Bill.

Believable4 Unbelievable0

07 May 2016 21:07:14
Ok I know he is 69 and a lot of people probably will have some issue with him. Let me also say this is not my pick just a name that i think is free at the minute -Fabio Capello.

Believable1 Unbelievable5

07 May 2016 21:03:09
Hey

. today has left RM 'up the creek' etc etc. don't post often but sorry Bobby you are gone after our last game of the season. we all know it n I am guessing you have come to the realisation deep down. yet again square pegs in round holes. nice guy but hey it doesn't wash no more. just sayin like

How come nothing heard from Martinez or the Club. Are they really that complacent.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

07 May 2016 20:36:02
I heard on radio Merseyside before, that we have already sold 25,000 season tickets already for next season. Is someone taking the piss or what? As I've previously stated i will not be renewing mine while this pathetic excuse for a manager is still at the helm. I am totally raging inside right now . This clown has sucked the life outta me and is slowly sucking the life out of Everton fc. This can not be allowed to continue. Bill grow a pair will you, which you should of done months ago and rid the club of this disease that's been allowed to fester and eat away and make a mockery out of our once proud club. MARTINEZ OUT!

Believable3 Unbelievable0

07 May 2016 20:42:20
Jimmy iv renewed mine simply because iv sat there so long and know everyone around me, I simply don't want to give up my seat. It's in no way supporting any board or manager.

In 50 years of watching this club I have never been so embarrassed at the ineptitude on show.
Did you watch the commitment of Leicester tonight compared to us?
If that clown is in charge July, stuff Z Cars let's walk on the pitch to a more appropriate tune,

Shepton and Son.

Sack him immediately.

Hi guys, United fan here. I know how you guys feel at the moment in regards to the manager situation. But I wanted to ask you and the ed who you actually think is a realistic target? My evertonian friend has said mourinho or pellegrini but without sounding too disrespectful I think both of those will have better options if I'm honest.
A name I came up with to my friend was lucien favre, what do u guys think of someone like him? I really don't know who you could get to be honest?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed025's Note - i think pellegrini is a realistic target diego and i must say i like the look of favre as well mate..

07 May 2016 20:48:52
Diego, you keep LVG and we'll take Jose, we need him more.
In fact we need a miracle right now.
I can't remember ever feeling this bad about my team, in 50 years of supporting them.

Agree2 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - count me in on that frank..

07 May 2016 21:24:19

07 May 2016 20:12:34
Like almost everyone, I I'm hopeing for a press statment saying Martinez has been fired, but if it is issued in the name of the chairman, it should also come with an apology for his role in what this man has done to OUR CLUB, arrogance, only match by incompetence.

Believable4 Unbelievable1

07 May 2016 20:31:40
Yes.
I never wanted him in the first place but like most, got behind him.
Only to get sick to death of his words and pure spin.
Possibly the worst manager in the history of the prem.
The most gutless performance I've seen from any team for years.
I haven't seen his press conference yet, I can't even bare to look at him any more.

Agree3 Disagree0

07 May 2016 20:37:37
No press conference, how the heck can even Martinez put a spin on that. Sadly there will also be no Club statement, Mr Morishi must be wondering what he has bought into.

07 May 2016 20:11:31
Feel sorry for Newcastle. Sunderland need to beat us to stay up and no chance we beat them playing like that. Championship here we come.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

07 May 2016 20:07:05
Things are bad. Really bad. I have been saying this for 3 seasons now and had more than a few disputes with supporters who told me RM was signing good players. Whilst I accept he has signed 1 or 2 fine players, I was amazed to hear the commentator say that RM has spent more in 2 seasons than Leicester have in their entire history. It is obvious to everyone that the players do not know what is expected of them. Our keeper must touch the ball more than any keeper in the league with all the backwards and sideways passing. Isaid I feared for us last season and relegation was a real possibility. I am now sure that unless the board appoint a new manager, we will go down next season. Even if we do get a new manager, I still fear that our squad is painfully thin regarding attacking flair. Mirallas is probably the only one with the ability to run at defenders with confidence. Barkley has lost his. Lennonis a 3rd team Spurs player and Lukaku looks disinterested. Niasse is an obvious waste of money and you all know my feelings about workmen type players that he keeps signing. I thought that when Osman and Mirallas came on we improved. andwe all know Osman is way past it anyway. Dear me I feel down. Leicester play is astyle as Moyes had us playing in our last couple os seasons with him. I honestly think he may be the only one with the ability to turn it round!

Believable2 Unbelievable1

07 May 2016 20:39:20
I'm sure it was Manchester United have spent more in 2 seasons, than Leicester have ever spent, not us. may be wrong tho.

Agree0 Disagree0

07 May 2016 21:05:02
Degs where are these RM fans who slated us three years ago?
We both said at the time this appointment is disastrous and we got pelted!
Come on 'Bunker Boys' tell us we're wrong!
What a shambles of a club we are.

At least sky are showing us on wednesday ruin norwich and newcastles summer.

Agree0 Disagree0

07 May 2016 19:57:23
The lack of heart and determination is changeable, the tactics can be altered, the formation can be changed, the 14 million euros spent on Niasse sadly can't be reimbursed. What an absolute shambles our club is. No wonder Mirallas just gets sent off on any given opportunity if he is never picked in this XI. I have said a lot, he is our most technically gifted player by a country mile.
That entire performance plus the derby and so many more abject, spineless and pointless in every sense matches is why nobody is buying season tickets, sod who the manager is.
The players have made the job of finding a half decent new manager practically impossible. The board allowing this level of performance to continue since October has made the new investment sort of irrelevant as all the big names will leave and nobody worth their salt will pick us ahead of the West Hams, Southamptons, even Stokes.
Shambles absolute shambles.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

07 May 2016 19:43:49
I just watched in horror at my club not that little sods club mine be humiliated again in front of the a watching global audience and I still think he will be in charge next season because a gutless c**t in knewright will not want to lose face in sacking him I f they think they can walk around goodison with there kids in tow next week think again lukaku stones and barkley can all go no passion poor overated footballers Leicester won the league like us in the 80's hard graft team work and as we we're told week in week out no superstars well now we're have so called 3 superstars and we'll are total crap put this on if you want ed but i'm sure I speak for thousands of broken blues this has to end now.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

{Ed025's Note - the sentiment is ok al but you know i cant post that sort of language mate..

Believable2 Unbelievable0

{Ed025's Note - for bobby i hope alan..

07 May 2016 19:39:37
Seriously would it really be a knee jerk reaction for the Club to come out tonight and announce that Roberto Martinez has been sacked with immediate effect. Wouldn't the moral for the last two games be given a lift.

Believable10 Unbelievable1

07 May 2016 19:26:32
I hope I'm made to eat my words but I fear for us next season.

The player morale looks completely shot and we are clearly out of ideas. I feel most sorry for Robles at the moment because he is a decent keeper but gets little support from anyone else. Our defense is so disorganized it's terrifying.

Believable4 Unbelievable0

07 May 2016 19:40:44
If it wasn't for Robles tonight it could of been 5 or 6-1.

Agree2 Disagree0

07 May 2016 19:47:42
If it wasn't for him quite a few of our games could have been 5 or 6. I would say we might as well not play any defenders but then who would RM get to pass the ball around to make our possession stats look good.

Agree0 Disagree0

07 May 2016 20:33:48

Believable8 Unbelievable1

07 May 2016 19:14:04
Tell you what boys, me and all of yous have had a winge at the manager, but our players are just average. No manager can sort this as far as I can see.

Believable2 Unbelievable3

{Ed025's Note - you are boosting them up with average BB..

07 May 2016 19:46:45
No excuses for the players but surely it has to be down to the Manager and the staff he brought with him. This is a side that in my own History has never ever played as badly as they have against Liverpool and now Leicester. We have had bad Teams and awful players but these players are not bad players and this Team is not a bad Team. It has to be down to Managers tactics, strategy and god awful belief in a system that consistently failed at Wigan (with the same staff he brought with him incidentally) in short the belief has been sucked out. A nice man but an absolutely abysmal coach and Manager. He just has to go and if any integrity at all he will walk.

Agree2 Disagree0

07 May 2016 20:02:50
Martinez has no integrity, he will have to be fired, should be done tonight.
Whoever replaces him (we hope he goes) will have a hard time as the squad is weak, unbalenced, and ageing. Next season will be tough even if we get a good manager, if he stays we go down I am sure and many will no doubt agree with me.

Agree0 Disagree0

07 May 2016 19:13:53
We're lucky to be 12th. Feel sorry for all the fans who've travelled to Leicester.

Believable6 Unbelievable0

07 May 2016 18:59:27
We all know r m is history and he knows that too, so why not walk now? It will be the first time he has shown he has a plan B what a complete plonker, took us back ten years.

Believable6 Unbelievable1

07 May 2016 18:58:45
Well this pretty much sums up our whole season.

Believable6 Unbelievable0

07 May 2016 18:57:27
Well done to leicester winning the league but i disagree with the players and ref giving them the guard of honour before the match. We could have gained two places over the next few games so it ment more to us and the playsrs should have been focused on the game. Guard of honour should be after the game.

Believable2 Unbelievable0

{Ed025's Note - it would have been more fitting if we just bent over in front of them AB.....oh wait we just did..

07 May 2016 19:04:37

Restore Pride?
Total, absolute, comprehensive and complete humiliation on another shambolic performance.

Won't post again on this site boys until this whole club is shaken from root to branch.

As I.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

{Ed025's Note - its not the sites fault mushy, i would stop everyones wages for today and donate them to alder hey..

07 May 2016 19:07:20
Great idea that Ed, they could build a whole new ward with the money these clowns, sorry players have earned today.

For the love of God when will this board act?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - very shortly i hope mushy..or i will be joining you mate..

07 May 2016 18:54:34
Sure Martinez will get the blame for today but the effort and attitude of the players today has been abysmal. The fans that travelled to the game have been let down today by the players who just could not be bothered. Pathetic.

Believable1 Unbelievable1

{Ed025's Note - i agree evs..

07 May 2016 19:04:58
Yeah I agree, but the manager has caused and allowed there attitudes to drop. They look like they have no respect and don't want to play for him.

Agree2 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - they have no respect for the fans either pauly, those supporters have paid good money to go there and watch this bag of shite..

07 May 2016 19:05:22
Lets be honnest its nothing more than a protest, by our team and will all lead to the desired out come, its ugly but its needed at the moment to rid this joker of a manager with no plan B.

Agree1 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - tell that to the supporters who payed top dollar to travel and watch that niko mate..

07 May 2016 19:17:08
Martinez needs to go that goes without saying but the effort of the players today was a joke. They are supposed to be professionals and let's be fair there is nothing unprofessional about the money our fans paid today to go watch them play. It was good hard earned money. The players need to be accountable as well.

Agree1 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - true evs..

07 May 2016 19:21:28
I agree Ed, but footballers don't live in the real world. Most think that the world revoles around them. Stones hasn't been right all season, Rom is a pre-Madonna. I could go on and on. Only player who has come out of this season with any pride is Robles! Treated badly but stayed quiet and finally got his chance.

Agree1 Disagree0

07 May 2016 18:53:30
Team spirit is Zero. We are the biggest Joke in world football right now for not having the balls to sack one of the worst managers in the world. I'm embarrassed to be a toffee right now!
