I think fellani will be ok to play on monday! The cut off date for the yellow card accumlation is the second sunday in april! Which is tomorrow! Is that right ed or am i way of the mark? {Ed001's Note - I believe he can play too.}

Good game today, end to end, Played well first half but defending was poor in the 2nd half. Still a point away in the premier league is good and we still only lost 2 in 17. By the way we have found ourselves a genuine goalscorer in Jelavic. Class act.

Hi ed, jus in relation to Feli and his yellow cards, Premiership rules state that a player who picks up 10 yellow cards between the start of the season and the 2nd Sunday in April will receive a 2 game ban, if not there will be an amnesty of such yellow cards unless the player reaches 15 yellows! Therefor Feli can play on Monday

Got that off the official EPL site of rules and regulations

anichebe shouldn't play for us again. after hearing on radio city that he didn't want to close down and help defend angers me. where the hell is drenthe and why isn't vellios and the staq getting a game cos i would have them two behind jelavic any day. anyway i said i would have taken a point before the game so not bad and it could be worse. you could be a red haha Andy

Believable1 Unbelievable0

You say this now, but if he comes off the bench against the sh*te and scores the winner we will all love him

2 2 away at norwich isnt a bad result but we gifted them goals woth bad defending

Think this game has pretty ugh cemented the fact that Heitinga is by far our most important defender, for some reason, he adds some stability to the defence, and his leadership is sorely missed. Needs to be back for the Sunderland game and more importantly the semi final on the weekend.

As for Jelavic, well he is an absolute BEAST, what a signing Moyesie, quality.

Agree0 Disagree0

I totally agree with that second comment. Although Jags is usually a solid and dependable figure I think recently with him in the starting line up the defensive line has been hesitant and lacking proper solidity, Heitinga for me has leapfrogged Jags while Jags himself has stalled if not gone backwards with his progress.. To be honest I actually thought Duffy done a better job during his short cameo than Jags has done all season.

What does everybody else think? Ed's?

Toffeejack {Ed024's Note - We have quite a bit of competition at centre back, but johnny for me has to be the first name on the teamsheet, he gives our defence a balanced look and he has been first class this season, he worked well next to duffy in january as well

Oh dear felli just been booked surely he wont play against Sunderland? {Ed025's Note - theres no chance..

Believable3 Unbelievable0

It wil be unforgivable 2 play him,dnt mess up moyes ,if we go in2 semi wit nev in midfield we may 4get about it

Agree0 Disagree0

I think there is an amnesty this weekend, meaning, his current tally (9 after today) will be wiped off. So he can play against Sunderland.

Agree0 Disagree0

Id rest him, bring on a bench warmer for him and replace the bench warmer with baxter, good chance to give a youth a chance

Amnesty this weekend so hes fine as i am led to believe. not a bad performance today considering. brace from Jelavic too! COYB

Agree0 Disagree0

Sure i read that the cut off point for a ban for ten yellows is 8th april ???
