Not a rumour just expressing what I've been thinking would love to see benteke in an everton shirt next season, think the only chance of this happening would be for villa to go down, also would anyone take a chance of darren bent next year? Even if villa didn't go down these could be realistic signings but with the season benteke has had his price tag would have gone up

Sorry but benteke is not a realistic signing for 1 Villa are not going down now and 2 even if they did they would be a queue of clubs in front of us as for D. Bent we need better.

Disagree0
I agree benteke for would of been the differebce if we had him up there, anichebe played ok today but lacks real quality and awarness, his touch is dodgy also, jelavic has lost it we definitely need a good striker

My ratings for today:
Howard-7 very comfortable catching crosses.
Coleman-6 looked very nervous and first touch was poor.
Jagielka-9 on form the best centre back in the league atm, very reliable and made some great tackles.
Distin-8 very good today, kept sturridge quiet.
Baines-7 wasn't able to bomb forward today but didn't do anything wrong.
Mirallas-5 seemed very lazy and Enrique kept him quiet all game.
Osman-7 good workmanlike performance.
Gibson-6 misplaced many passes and didn't do much good.
Pienaar-6 passing was poor as was his link up play.
Fellaini-7 decent performance, worked hard.
Anichebe-5 didn't cause any problems, gave the ball away too many times and didn't trouble Reina.
Am I the only one who sh*t myself when Jordan Henderson sprinted past Mirallas and Coleman?

Well you guys didn't show too much sympathy to us when we were robbed at Goodison! You guys deserved it today but I guess these dodgy decisions even themselves out don't they. Still, would rather have had a win and a loss than two draws, think we both would! Shame it was such a boring game, I was looking forward to a 6 goal thriller!

And when were you robbed at goodison? what are you on about? do you mean the way the ref refused to book/send off your thugs when they targeted Mirallas? or the way stevie mee hoofs the ball and you call it a pass? just like playin stoke.

Ah come on LFC vs Everton is always a physical game where both teams push it a bit, we both know that! Your players were giving as good as they got, LFC hardly bullied you! And you know what I mean by being robbed at Goodison earlier this season. No need to be aggressive either I don't think anything I said was untrue

I think he means the ref should have given that goal despite Coates heading the ball from an offside position to Suarez who put the ball in the net. All the replays showed the linesman was correct, sorry reds but its the truth!

Not to mention that suarez shouldn't have been on the pitch to score the goal that never was, 2 very bad tackles, and only one punished and that didn't fit the crime!

Cheer up lad. It could have been worse. Thought we played ok but lacked a bit in the final third. Thought we were robbed of 3 points there, but what goes around comes around I suppose. But as a spectacle and for entertainment value, it wasn't up to much. Still, we should finish above them after they've spent £50m so it's not all bad.

if this is Moyse last derby game then let's hope to god he signs off will a long overdue win.
we are a better team than them that's for sure so its now down to the manager to set us up tactically.
To think some of our young supporters have never seen us win at analfield is a cryin shame.
Hope mirallas can see plenty of the ball today as he can be our match winner.
Here hoping for 3 points

This will be Moyes's last derby match. He has been a great manager for Everton but unfortunately when it really counted, in the big games, he has come up short tactically. I hope today is different and he leaves us with an Anfield victory. Remember they were 'there for the taking' last season and we lost 3 - 0.

Is it only me that doesn't want lukaku. I like adam la fondre from reading 14 goals from the subs bench. Anyway all my mates are hyping the game up except for me as it will end up a draw if I do. so COYB let's finally gives moyes that win at anfield he deserves.

Have to take into account Lukaku is only 19, and most of his appearances early on were from the subs bench.
Lukaku is going to be a major force when he matures, and Everton could definitely do with a striker of his caliber

alright blues, I've been thinking. if jelavic goes to west ham we should bring in another striker. anichebe has been excellent this season but we need back up. and bring in andreas cornelius. sources reckon we can get him for 5m, if moyes stays, he has indicated that he may possibly sign him. and maybe another young striker a championship striker who play now and again etc for more back up. also, if fellaini goes we could even extend our budget and obviously we need a new center attacking mid and just strengthen the squad all round.

So you think if we sell a striker we must bring in another, well that's pretty obvious isn't it, we need to bring in another striker even if jelavic stays

Not a rumour but observation, we haven't got money to throw round so why would we spend a muted 3-5 million on Oviedo to sit on the bench, I think its to aclimatise him to the prem for one season then put him into the left back position to replace baines (one attacking full back for another) I think moyes has planned for baines exit this time) I think he will go to Man U! I think felli will stay one more season as the length of his contract with us would increase his fee for now, and moyes likes to embed replacements I. e fer, as we know we have to make a profit each transfer window and I think its baines turn this time

From what I have heard, the coaches at Everton are a bit worried about his physicality in this league and he is undertaking some sort of strength program in a bid to help him cope.
Personally, whenever he has played, he has looked decent to me, deserves more game time in my opinion.
