Use our rumours form to send us everton transfer rumours.

Hi Eds

Haven't posted for a while, but just thought I'd add a bit of positivity to the site.
For once let's imagine.

1. New investment. All the current squad players that we want to stay remain. and Mr Moyes signs and gets his chance to show what he can really do with a squad with skill, pace, strength and squad depth.

2. New stadium in pipeline through the new investment

3. The new investors are no hit and run merchants and want to make us a global team, thus creating a global market for us to show the world what the peoples club is all about!

4. The team ethos remains. No premadonnas! Playing for Everton truly means something!

5. A 30 goal a season striker signs and scores 40!

Heh we can but dream, but if we don't.
Well i'll leave the rest to your imagination.

Personally I genuinely think that something big is looming both on and off pitch!

Nothing but the best ladies and gents!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

We don't want to imagine we want it to happen for real. Imagining it won't make it happen.

Agree0 Disagree0

Now you can go back to sleep and dream the remaining things you want

Agree0 Disagree0

It was only done as a bit of light fun. if u. don't have dreams u will have nothing to aspire to. (Yes that was a bite!)

Lets all be positive and get behind the team.

Are we interested in Alfre Finnbogason? Would be a cheaper option than Negredo {Ed025's Note - not as far as i know mate..

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Yea you're right, he would be cheaper for a very good reason. He's not a proven, established, experienced campaigner like Negredo, who's a classy striker. I know who I'd prefer, the Spanish fella. You get what you pay for in this game (usually).

If Everton were to go into administration (hopefully won't happen) and the club was to be destroyed, what team would everyone follow?, for me it would be Wigan or Southampton.

COYB! {Ed025's Note - vauxhall motors..

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Why would you even come up with this? Anyway, Everton Chile.

Go away with all your negative thinking.

Before supporting anyone else, I'd make a new Everton starting at lowest level and rock out a centre mid. In a decade or so when we've made it to the top we'll be where we are now and ill sell the club and use the money to treat my wife to a battered sausage and mushy peas in front of the TV.

PhilNoClue {Ed025's Note - you sound a great catch for a girl phil :)

Agree0 Disagree0

Leeds, Villa or Accrington

It must just be my smutty mind but PhilNoClue's last sentence sounds like a line from a "Carry On" film!

I know the topic of involving lukaku in any deal for fellaini has been discussed here before and mainly shot down and rubbished but the more I hear about chelsea going on a spending spree and trying to sign schurrle and falcao along with other big names maybe it could happen if chelsea want felli bad enough.

Does anyone think the the guy on loan at Watford Vydra would be the answer would he be the 20 goal a season striker we are looking for

Quick question, why do we need a new RB when Coleman is in the form of his life Hibbert is coming back from injury and we bought Stones from Barnsley in January. Is Moyes thinking of pushing Coleman to RM, I just think it could be a waste of money.

Apparently Moyes sent scouts to watch Van Ginkel recently, looks like a promising midfielder at the age of 20.

Good luck for the derby guys, let's hope it's a good one without controversy or dodgy decisions. Best derby in the league I reckon, plenty of banter with no injuries to any horses! Say what we want about each other on derby day, but when it matters we stand together like brothers, just the way it should be

Ps I hope we batter you :-P

Anyone know how Moyesies budget is looking towards the Summer? I still love Felli and its sorta looking like he wants to stay (I could be wrong)! i'd rather sell Naisy and Heitinga and get somewhere between 5-10 million! That's like the lottery to Moyes

My team for the derby

Howard
Coleman jags distin baines
Mirallas Gibson fellaini pienaar
Jelavic anichebe

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Take out Osman for Jelavic and that will be the team, no doubt. Though, he could opt to play Barkley instead of Ossie as he did against Spurs and Arsenal (both big games), though I'm aware Ossie was injured.
I can see him going for a flexible 5 man midfield with Ossie and Fellaini alternating in support of Victor.

Agree0 Disagree0

Sorry, I meant take out Jela for Osman.

I would be very unhappy if Everton sold Jelavic in the summer to fund a move for Gary Hooper! Also we have got zero chance of getting Remy, Benteke or Higuain so stop with the silly suggestions. They are not even rumours as there is no truth in them what so ever.

Everton will keep the squad together for another season and add 3-4 signings to improve the depth of the squad.

Our most important signing next season will be to convince David Moyes to stay. Everton will struggle to attract a better coach as there is limited funds.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Stop coming out with these silly suggestions? And then you say sell Jelavic for Hooper? Practise what you preach mate

Ed do you know how long we have left with the kitbag deal and do u think we will go again with them, On another note I seen a photo of our new home jersey I hope it is a fake don't like what they did to the crest but a plus is they removed the white from the sleeves could be fake though. Stef the blue {Ed025's Note - it runs out in may 2014 stef, i have not seen the new one though mate..

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Rumours are the badge will be changed for next season

Agree0 Disagree0

03 May 2013 12:35:24
Would like to say I'm a little disappointed with the number of Evertonians who would sell Jelavic.
Yes, we all know that he has had a poor season, but he is still a class act, as last season proves. I actually feel sorry for him, as he always puts a shift in, possibly to the detriment of his finishing. I think with no Euro's to contend with and with a good rest and a decent full pre-season behind him that he will be back to his best. I think that we should all get behind him 100% for the remainder of the season and for the next campaign rather than see him as part of any potential transfer accumulator.

Shropshire Blue.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Well said shropshire blue, we are to quick to slag off players when they have a bad time, yella is a good hard working player and he will start scoring again, starting with a double in the derby {Ed025's Note - lets hope so griff.

Agree0 Disagree0

03 May 2013 13:10:13
Even though I am one of those negative people and I don't like BK, Jelavic is going to HAVE to prove all us negative supporters wrong because the amount of times he's been 1v1 with the keeper and missed is appaling, if he performs like this next year, he will be labeled a one season wonder which do exist, (Yakubu, Cisse, Jerome, Kenwyne Jones etc. ) But if he manages to get over 15 goals next year I will be the first to admit I was wrong, but until then he needs to get his act together and try and fire in a few in the last 3 games.

COYB!

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm with you. Anichebe has had a pretty good season, but Jelavic at his best is a much better player {Ed025's Note - its all about form though AJ, and that makes vic the starter for me mate..

Agree0 Disagree0

I'd like to see KM start up front against the RS with Barkley behind. He tore them to shreds in the last game and could do it again. If we play long or up to Vic to hold up, carragher and agger will clean up all day long because that's their game. Give them some pace to worry about and they're in trouble.

Agree0 Disagree0

03 May 2013 18:38:04
Agger and Carragher are not the most powerful of defenders mate, I like Carragher as a player and person but not only is he not powerful but he is very slow, Agger is very weak for a centre back and is also slow, not only that but he gets caught out very often and Vic will cause them both problems.

COYB!

Agree0 Disagree0

I didn't say they were powerful Phil (maybe I did imply it, actually), I was just pointing out that if we hit it long to Vic, straight down their throats then it's meat and drink for them pair. I know they're slow but I believe they'd prefer to be up against strength and power rather than trickery and pace.

Agree0 Disagree0

04 May 2013 01:03:19
Sorry if it seemed like I twisted your words mate I thought you meant they would bully Vic because he's not as quick as Kev.

There seems to be a lot of hints that moyes will stay from comments in the press interviews etc, could this mean if he does choose to stay, the liklyhood is he may have funds to improve? I know it's pulling at straws here but was just wondering am I the only one with this view?

Just read this morning, Everton and Ajax to help sponsor a Chinese reality game show (this is not a joke!) that has the blessings of the Chinese Government called 'Football Dreams'. The overall winners get a chance to join Everton's academy. well sorry but bu**er me with a broom handle, where's the bloody investment in EFC China (one of the richest nations in the world)? 0. 0005 of their riches could make Everton the richest club in world soccer!
I intend therefore to immediatly black list my local chinese take away and write to Kim Jong Un of North Korea to offer to buy out Everton and agree to change our name to The Peoples Club of Glorious North Korea and Scouseland.
Based in Bootle the new state of the art stadium would have missile sites aimed at the capatilst States of Western imperialism and the Directors box at Anfield.
At least I am trying to get us some dosh. and it might get me out a bit more.

Totally agree with what Sylvain Distin said in the echo:

"I want to play Champions League but it doesn't mean I'm going to leave. If you ask Felli whether he wants to play Champions League then he'll say yes but it doesn't mean he's going to leave. We don't know if he'll go - we don't know if the manager will go. We heard the same last season about Felli - and about Bainsey too but it's just speculation.

"We'll have to wait and see. I don't think Felli will play against Liverpool on Sunday with thoughts of leaving in the back of his mind. He always gives his best. That's his strength. He's a genuine guy and he always gives 100% no matter what. "

"Kevin [Mirallas] is the type of player who can change things in an instant, " he added. "Maybe you won't see him for 20 minutes and then in one action he's changed the game.

"The way he can go past players is brilliant. We need what he creates. We know we play well as a team but sometimes we struggle with that last pass or shot. Kevin is a big plus. "

I just want to say that at times I despair!
You get some persons on here slagging off our great club. It might be the players they slag off, or Moyes or Blue Bill, but it is all negativity. Our players have all worked their socks off this season and I for one am very proud whatever the final outcome.
I am also happy to state that although we have the odd person, the vast majority of our supporters come on here with praise and positive comments. Thanks to all you guys for reminding me what it is to be Blue. Backs against the wall at times, but always proud to come out with the best support in the world.

Fellow Degsy I totally agree mate, unfortunately we need all the miserable gits otherwise life would be boring.

I'm a fan of Bill and I am proud to say it and do not give a f**k who hates me for it, as they are entitled to your opinion too, it's just that we disagree on this one fellow Blues.

Looking forward to Sunday, I think. I have decided to be negative this time with all my Koppite mates as whenever I am positive we always get beat so heres looking forward to a good whooping for us from the Reds lol

U may be a supporter of bill kenwright degsy but this thousands who aren't u support him on the back of moyes success not on his leadership. I like many slag him on hard based facts,. I like u and all are families love everton, I can't hide my anger that over the last couple of years both on and off the field are board led by bill they've let us completely down. this has finally led to moyes contract situation to add to failed ground issues . we should not be a stepping stone to so called big clubs 4 our managers and players. under these *******s that is what we are.

Agree0 Disagree0

03 May 2013 11:47:23
Everyone is entitled to their opinion mate and we disagree on this one, as I stated it would be a very boring life if we all agreed with each other and some people see life through different goggles than other people.

We are still the greatest fans though by a long way and at least we all agree on one thing:

We all hate the Koppites lol

Agree0 Disagree0

The glass can be half full or half empty. Unless it's a woman talking. A woman would say, "why dirty such a big glass to only half fill it?"
Seriously though, you have to see Bill K is a supporter. Have you ever spoke to him or heard him in interviews? He is die hard blue. He is not a billionnaire though. He knows he needs to sell. He also knows he needs the right buyer. We have consistently punched above our weight for the last 10 years under Moyes. with the odd poor performance. Even the teams with billionnaire owners have done that. Considering we have assembled a team on a shoestring, I think we are brilliant!
