Use our rumours form to send us everton transfer rumours.

26 Jan 2012 22:44:03
We must have shaved about 250k per week of the wage bill since last year - and still no money - plus the 15 odd million in transfer sales - how come we're still pot less - it don't add up

Bill notapenny

Believable4 Unbelievable1

BANK DEBT!

Agree0 Disagree0

Correct. All the money not being paid in wages is money not being borrowed from the bank. The money which would have been paid in wages isn't somehow being paid into a separate account for a rainy day. Derrrr!

Moysie has said on ssn that he's taking the blame for us being in 14th & people having a go at Bk, thanks Dave, at least someone is! Also says they are asking around ( about transfers ) but nothing to report yet, which translates to WE'LLPROBABLY BUY NOBODY AT ALL! If that ends up being the case I'm gonna be even madder at the board for not having the guts to just tell us now & put us out of our misery!

Believable4 Unbelievable1

Moyes is up kenwrights you know what....all hes doing is taking the blame for that piece of cr*p we call a chairman

Does anyone know if everton game live or is there any good links to watch {Ed025's Note - its not live mate..

Believable0 Unbelievable1

Their is a good link...its called a transport link, ie bus or train or something that will get you to goodison park to support the boys.....

Agree0 Disagree0

I am in Australia for a month so not possible

Agree0 Disagree0

Some of us dont live in Wthe country but try get over as often as we can but its jus not possile for every game, smart ..., sorry ed , i love my toffees but simply cant go more than 3 or 4 times a year snd it costs a fortune travelling over . Try first row sports, aisaplate tv, my p2p or atdhe!

Kurajan

Agree0 Disagree0

I agree Kurajan, I go 90 percent of matches and hold nothing against people who cannot go, they are still as much as a supporter as I am so please people stop slagging fellow evertonians off who come on this site asking for links to TV showings, some people cannot afford to go or are not in this country. If you love the club then you are good enough for me.

Agree0 Disagree0

Vipbox.tv is one of the best sites out there !

Agree0 Disagree0

I agree i live in ireland try and get over as many times as i can costs a lot of money though just because u live 15mins from goodison doesnt mean u r any better a supporter than us i love the club just as much!!! paddy blue

Any body else think that Moye's negative and sulky attitude is starting to wear thin. Every time he's interviewed its the same slapped face and its getting on my nerves. Nightmare to interview or what - if he started to be a bit more positive then the fans might follow suit. COYB {Ed025's Note - i agree mate..smiling is infectious...come on dave, show us some ivory..

Hello ed Wat do you think of Lewis mguigan (spelling) at notes forest attacking midfielder an I think he's out of contract in the summer probably get him for a mill he's quality Huyton blue. {Ed001's Note - he has loads of ability but he is a lazy erm, I am trying to think of a nice way to put it. The Forest fans will tell you, if he tried, he would be class, but he just doesn't bother.}

Just heard that were only going to be signing a loan player before the window. I am gutted. Our club is a mess, it's so embarrassing, worst thing is i have a season ticket, i was thinking of not bothering going to a few games because we play so boring and negativitly but it cost me too much and the missus would kill me if i didn't go after spending that much on it haha..
Would off loved Onohua to come here, i rate him, bigt, strong, quick and versatile and only 2.5 million !
If we carry on this season with the current squad and the next 8 games ahead i can see us being 16th or 17th with 8 games left !
Now that's when we should all................................... PANIC !!!!!!!!!!

I am a genuine regular poster on this site and only post what is true and how i feel, and that is the way it should be.

I am absolutely deflated with the club...I honestly thought we would get onuoha and roddelaga as certs but onuoha has gone and qpr look like they are gonna ge t roddalega aswell, although these are not the best players in the world i think both would of fitted into our team straight away and hit the ground running. I am stunned that we didnt even go for onouha, he was an ideal replacement for hibbert and neville who are both well past their sell by dates, he is young, eager, versatile and for gods sake 2million, yet everton dont go for him, this tells you exactly where we are at with everton and our current financial plight, we will see none of the billy money, and if we are lucky may strike 1 or 2 loan deals at best, a complete and utter shambles, not a penny spent yet again, we have completely hit the brick wall and we have nowhere to go apart from the championship , probably next season but still maybe this season, how can this happen, we have been ever present in the prem and teams like qpr come up from championship and start taking anyone and everyone, its a complete and utter mess, what happened to goodison fortress a few seasons ago, now everyone can beat us, it is a morgue in their and like a chore to go to the game we are a complete laughing stock, west ham in the championship can afford to spend 7mill on a striker although rejected yet we cannot buy anyone and do not have a pot to piss in, for months we have papered over the massive cracks within our club and have polished over them with thinking " no surely this will not happen to our great club" unfortunately folks reality bites and we are in a complete mess and their is no light at the end of the tunnell....A very very sad time to be an evertonian, its in our blood, it was a marriage made in heaven, but i believe soon we will all be in the wilderness, although people may slate me but the fact of the matter is, if kenwright is stubborn and unwilling to sell for a very small profit instead of wanting mega money then administration is the only answer, this way the club can be bought for peanuts and then a major rebuilding programme can begin.....this passage is straight from my heart and i like most evertonians are completely distraught with the current plight of everton football club.

BATTO EFC {Ed025's Note - cracking post that batto....even though it does sound like an epitaph..

Believable6 Unbelievable3

Couldn't agree more fella. Kenwright was def the wolf in sheeps clothing. I don't understand how some fans can stand there and defend him and his lies and smug face.

If he put the club up for sale for £50m plus the debt, it would sell tomorrow and he would make a handsome sum! But thats not good enough, he was to strip it raw, sell all assets then a richer man than him to step in and pay for a new stadium, fund transfers, pay off the debt and retain his position as chairman !

This is why we have not been sold. F A C T !

Agree0 Disagree0

Who has said motes is interested in these players anyway just because they are rumours everyone seems to think we have mised out or been beaten to it by another club seeing as though we have less than 6million to spend motes is probably got is eye on 2 or 3 unlike the 20+names been mentioned so far just wait till Tuesday then we will see what we have to finish season with you lot are like school kids who swap footy stickers desperate for one we don't have {Ed025's Note - stop calling him motes mate..its moyes

Saha and Cahill finished at the top level . Time to give Denis a run. If he's not fit yet for first team action having been here since September then our problems really are more serious than first thought

Believable2 Unbelievable3

Dont agree that there finished but do agree denis should be given a couple of games

Agree0 Disagree0

Its not that hes not fit, HES NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Agree0 Disagree0

I think he should start what have we to loose how many goals has the Saha Cahill partnership got again

£1,200m. In 1995, he succeeded to his father's title.

Lord Grantchester is a former director of Littlewoods and of his favoured football team Everton F.C. He has frequently been listed in the FourFourTwo rich list because he owns 8% of Everton. He left the Everton board in December 2000.

The Gibson signing has convinced me there is at least a couple of quid left to bring in a centre half or forward. Even if pennies..

Logically, understanding money is tight (and our desperation for a CB/F) Moyes wouldn't have used up the ENTIRE allowance on Gibson....SURELY?

Likelihood being an unproven defender (Manolas? 1mill?) and another striker on loan or with a contract expiry looming - ED, apart from Rodellega & the wellington kid, are we aware of any likely goalgrabbers out of contract in the summer? {Ed025's Note - there are loads out there but without knowing our budget, its hard to guess who..

Believable1 Unbelievable4

10 goals in 17 games

Agree0 Disagree0

I wish we had got Demba Ba for free! I knew this was going to bite us in the arse. At least it gives me some confidence that there is strikers lik Ba and Klose who are available for free or for a small fee.

Agree0 Disagree0

COULD HAVE GOT BOTH...ant

Agree0 Disagree0

Ba would have left us for a big club like he is gonna do to the Geordies soon.

But if we got him an he wanted to leave at least we would of got a few mil for him (dil)

Believable4 Unbelievable3

Can't afford him

Agree0 Disagree0

Really dont think hes the answer to our problems an if it didnt work out weve wasted 5 mil

onuaha signs for qpr 4 1/2 year deal money talks another 1 bites the dust {Ed001's Note - actually the reason it took so long is because he was hoping someone from the North West would come in for him. we r becoming such easy prey for other clubs we r a laughin stock hearin were only gettin 2.5mill up front for bily and the rest in installments u think it was 30 mill deal. also how do spurs manage to get 6.5mill for a player who hardly kicked a ball in dos santos and were only gettin 4mill or so for billy who is doin r negotations he is seriously lacking in understanding football business but then again we did sell a 50mill player for 27mill and let the yak go for buttons talk about been taken advantage of . something seriously has to give this cant go on

Believable10 Unbelievable0

We let yak go for buttons because he was garbage for us and a lot of people on here and other places wanted rid of him... fair enough he has came good now but with the scoring record he held for us in the last few years it was the right thing to get him off of the books... also 27m for rooney? we continued to make money from that for years after and theres rumours that there is still clauses which will get us some cash.. we ended up with a lot more than 27m. also tottenham have not sold dos santos yet and i have not seen 6.5m anywhere the most iv heard is 4m an i would be surprised if they managed to get that

Agree0 Disagree0

Yak demanded a ridiculous pay increase, and add that to his relationship with Moyes, it was the sensible thing to do. Rooney was a good deal, have to remember the deal was done nearly a decade ago, and the financhial factor has drastically changed since that time, and I think we got a good deal in the end.

Agree0 Disagree0

26 Jan 2012 17:25:51
if yakubus is garbage then vaughan beckford, saha velios anichebe stacqualursi must be total garbage because they've scored sod all as well worth talking about maybe its not the forwards fault at all maybe the service is absolutely abysmal since we sold arteta and peanuts who's fault is that! maybe the tactics or so negative that its starving the forwards of service and even if we get another forward they'll also be garbage because the tactics will be the same would love to have the yak back a bit of man to man management works wonders as has been proved at blackburn and we sell im for buttons if blackburn sold im to qpr ur lookin at 7 or 8 mill good business not! 155 goals in 366 games thats garbage all rite. maccabi haifa 30 in 72 hapoel kfar saba 16 in 23 portsmouth 7 in 14 loan portsmonth 29 in 67 middlesboro 25 in 73 everton 25 in 82 leicester 11 in 20 blackburn 12 in 15 but hes garbage im just glad he wasn't playing against us last week and as for rooney 25.6 mill for 1 of the best players in the world with a load of add ons just too soften the blow which would give us buttons back if he was sold now try 80 to 100mill. when rooney was bought at 18 in 2004 chelsea bought drogba at 26 for 24mill carvalho 26 for 20mill and essien 23 for 25mill and that tube owen to newcastle 25 17mill and bar drogba they wouldn't lace his boots i think we were done! so yes our negotiators are rubbish and you were happy because we got a good deal not! and we havent sold bily either and as for dos santos
Tottenham attract £6.5m offer for Dos Santos but hold out for £8m

www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2091858/Villarreal-bid-6-5m-Giovani-dos-Santos.html#ixzz1kaIjoWOg

Agree0 Disagree0

26 Jan 2012 11:01:18
Just a little worrying that the Bily deal is taking so long to conclude, if these funds are available there is not much time left to use them! Bit like our summers dealings, and if that's the case will they then still be available to moyes at the end of the season?

This we hate the board and they have to go is getting on my nerves now I have not once seen on sky sports how much club are up for sale and bill is right it has to be the right people that takes time we are a huge club with great fans but that don't get you a rich man what does is how much will need investing before we can challenge the top clubs in champions league it's taken man city over 500m so far and we would need new stadium to start there are not many people out there with that sort of money so do we wait for the next Chelsea man city thing or do we sell to any muppet, look how much Liverpool have spent and yet they will prob win league cup but won't get champ league I would like someone to buy us give moyes a bit of cash 40m and get new stadium sorted revenue is crucial

I'm scared of aliens

Roswell lol, mind you we would probably play better with aliens in our team, joking aside i agree mate.we do need to get player plus cash i think coz i fear we wouldn't see any of the money.

Westy the blue

Rather sturridge part ov it

Agree0 Disagree0

With sturridge there wont be much money to take so we need to do more player plus cash if we can so the banks dont get there hands on all the money. or sell and get them to give cash to club we want a player off so the cash dont get anywhere near bank
