Just want to point something out because a lot of people are talking about Pienaar and how he is not been getting a game for spurs so they want him back.
DOES NOBODY ACTUALLY REALIZE THAT HE HAS BEEN INJURED SINCE JULY ? That is why he not getting a game !!

Believable1 Unbelievable2

Dispite injuries he's still at least third choice.

Our tactics frustrate me at times, we have very good players and we should be attacking teams as we proved last season we could beat the top sides especially city, i hope we go out with a more positive game plan against the reds next saturday

Here's a thought

Who was the last player to leave Everton, and BETTER their glittering Goodison days? If you pose the list of Yays to Nays its quite staggering.

Pienaar should come back, I'd take him

Moyes revived artetas and pineaars careers, he is a good man manager and seems to get the best out of his players. I personally would love to see pineaar back, it would give us more options and we know he works well with bainsey

I can only think of Rooney to be honest, Lescott has done well recently, but he was in the starting 11 for england when he was with us, now he is not. Apart from them two, i cant think of many more

What was howard webb doing yeserday? He needs to look at that game and apologise to moyes for batant favouritism! I remember a incident when silva knocked the ball past baines and then baines block him off! Free kick to city! Kompaney did exactly the same to saha on the edge of the area and nothing was given, i think same thing happend to osman and again webb gave nothing! Nevilles first foul got him booked! Same as rodwell! Was a disgusting performance from webb! Not blaming our loss on him that was moyes poor tactical choice but webb didnt help!

Webb was rubbish yesterday, but we didn't look like getting a goal, we have very good players and we should be playing 4-4-2 and be positive of our chances of beating anyone that we play.

Playing like you did against CITY you wont get anything. You could end up fighting to stay in prem.
BLUE MOON.

Thats the first time city have beaten everton in ages, we will get our revenge against them at goodison {Ed025's Note - normally i would say yes!....but i will just say...if we play the right formation!..

Team for saturday!
Howard
Hibbert jags distin baines
Fellani
Coleman osman drenthe

Vellious Saha

Subs- mucha bily barkley neville denis gueye

A very attacking team but with felli patroling infront of the back 4 gives osman a chance to join the attack amd link up with the front 2, for attacking corners osman should swap with felli to add extra height, same with free kicks, also when were defending corners i would like to see maybe osman and drenthe hang about the half way line to pick up any loose balls from a clearance and to prevent the ball coming straight back into our box it will also mean tht liverpool will have to keep atleast 4 defenders back giving them less to aim for at corners, if we play like that ten im confident we can win more than we lose, we would also have a strong bench so things can be changes around if need be! What you reckon ed?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I like that team, it is attacking and would give the reds some problems. It would be a strong bench as well to give moyes options if things weren't going our way.

That was s**t yesterday! Hopefully moyes can see that we shouldnt try doing that again! I understand he didnt want an embarressing score line but we still could of defended like we did with a striker on the field and offered more going forward! Anyway its gone mistakes were made its time to learn from them! Look forward to next week now! If we can get a win then we are back above the reds and in a good position again so not all bad just yet! I think we can get a point against chelsea and a win against fulham but not expecting much from the utd game but i do expect us to try! If we come out of this run with 6/7 points and moyes has learnt his lesson then ill be a very happy toffee :-)

Ok moyes parking the bus doesnt work so lets never do that again, we are too good of a team to be doing that it was embarresing! Play to our strenghs! Drenthe, coleman, baines and hibbert can all be on the field at the same time and can all pepper the oppositions penalty box with crosses, saha, velli, denis and cahill are all good in the air so play any 2 of them and they wil win there fair share of headers, not to mention the likes of osman, barkley, gueye, felli who are all capable of going past players and creating space, so lets do that! Liverpool dont like having to defend and they panic so go at them straight from the off be positive! Give one of the central midfielders licence to push on at every oppurtunity keep the other back to protect the back 4 and for god sake play a striker, preferbly 2 and we will win! If we dont then atleast we went for it!

One thing is for sure nobody is going to buy the club so we must balance the books and keep building with youth. If Felli won't sign he has to go, Billy is not working out so back to Russsia with love and we could all have a whip round for Vics bus fare anywhere. BurlyBlue.

Hope moyes has learnt a little lesson yesturday, the fans weren't happy with the negativity shown, we would rather go at a team and get beat than sit back for the whole game and get beat. Simple as.
If we employ the same actics next week against Liverpool the fans will start to get on his back. If we attack Liverpool but get beat then fair enough, but if we do what we did today then that's not acceptable, i think Moyes is great but im getting the feeling he has no confidence in this team which is a shame because i think when we have attacked we have looked good and looked like scoring loads, 1st of against Villa, last 10 against Wigan and extra time against West Brom...... Is it coincidence that we only look threatening to score when we have strikers on the pitch ??? Sort it out, i posted on here the other day that we were negative in last 3 games but got lucky and need to start playing with strikers, everyone disagreed, what do you all think now ! {Ed025's Note - you wont get me disagreeing mate!, and if we set up next week, like we did today, ....we will get a pasting!..
