Just looking at ssn and I think one signing will kick everything off and possibly Moses to Chelsea will be the one, as Wigan will then look to buy or have the funds available to buy someone that's already in the pipeline. Kicking offa chain reaction. If we are involved in that then I think big vic is probably the one we can afford to lose. Hopefully this wil mean we can bring someone else in.

Don't care who in Moyes I trust

Anyway just what I think may happen

Vaughans not as good as vic. Even Norwich have loaned him out to Huddersfield now. But i do think he is not the standard of player we should nopw expect to have at goodison and would take any offer above 2m

If Victor Anichebe stays and our supporters get off his back, i would love him to progress naturally, he can only learn off the new lads that have come in and hopefully in a couple more seasons he will turn out to be a Diamond.
just my opinion though

Ste F 1878. {Ed025's Note - i think that is just your opinion ste..

Believable0 Unbelievable6

Maybe he could learn to celebrate and look happy when he scores
ste c {Ed025's Note - your right there ste..

Remember when he played when he was 16 Ste, he has not improved or pushed on, championship player for me mate

Degsycool

Agree0 Disagree0

Ste lad Victor has had loads of chances in the first team and yes he might have the odd decent game but the lad just doest look good, he is a big strong lad yet cant run and cant jump to header a ball, ste you have to admit we have given him loads of chances so probally the best thing for the lad is to move to a club were he will get first team footie, i just dont see him getting regular football with us now we have the players we have we should sell him now and try get about 3 million. Terry blue {Ed025's Note - im with you terry..

I'll give the boy credit for coming up with a few match winning goals last season. But we are improving as a side and Vic is being left behind sorry to say.

David Moyes has said that he is happy with the summer signings so far and wont be too bothered if we don't sign any more players, which in my opinion means "That's all Folks"
Ste F 1878. {Ed025's Note - i suspect a couple more to come in ste..

Believable0 Unbelievable5

Yeah mate, he said that he'll try for "one or two more", but if he doesn't get them he won't be too disappointed..in my eyes that's him trying not to get our hopes up! But I can still see us signing at least one more..

Just wanted to show you this great article by Peter Stickney on EPL TALK.
Spot on with every word, think you will all agree. (sorry it's a long article)

Last year I ruined the beginning of a perfectly good holiday in the south of France by sitting in my rental car outside an Internet cafe stealing WiFi so I could listen to Everton against Queens Park Rangers!
Full of expectation and excitement, about Everton's season starting with a bang for once (again) and Ross Barkley banging in goals at the start of the season, I sat there with my ears glued to the Internet radio, glued with anticipation, glued because of melted ear phones, glued because of love.

We lost...

I trudged home....

I definitely argued with my girlfriend, I very nearly cried......

This year however¦.. A new season and another chance for the Toffees. For a start I'd changed my pre-season training, I wasn't in France.
I was in my newly-opened local pub listening to Z-Cars booming around Goodison Park hoping for a better start, again.... Again.... Again....

Despite my change in build-up, there were still the same old annoyances. Why must the media insist on forgetting that Everton FC exist? The top four has become the top eight in order to include a consistently faltering team in red from Merseyside and the new trendy teams in Newcastle and Finsbury Park ” yet the team that has most regularly finished in that clique (last 6 seasons we have finished 6th, 5th, 5th, 8th, 7th, 7th) is never mentioned. This season was yet another example. We are the stealth team of L4.

Well this time it paid dividends. So involved were people in their discussions of Robin van Persie and the '99-esque squad that Manchester United have assembled that they forgot about little old us. Little old us with our squad of talented internationals. Little old us with our team spirit and passion. Little old us with our track record and history. Well that didn't work, did it?

After the Everton-Manchester United game, I left the pub so excited that I forgot everything I'd brought with me. After a five minute walk featuring some fist pumping and shouting, I turned round and casually strolled back into the pub. I got back to find it all still there and the score still up on the screen. It'd actually happened. We'd started playing like we can at the same time as everyone else (well actually Monday night, thanks Mr Murdoch; Revenue trumps tradition every time). We played with a game plan, we played with skill and we played one of the best teams in the world and won. Mitigating opposing-defense circumstances aside, obviously.

But still it comes as a surprise to people. Still we'll get written off, still there'll be surprise, still we'll be last on Match Of The Day and still we'll get called the ˜dogs of war'.

Well I'm a bit bored of it. I changed my pre-season and had my expectations exceeded. I hope that others can change their pre-conceptions and have their eyes opened.

The ˜dogs of war' no more, the over-achieving underdogs no more ” just Everton FC. Remember the name (you'd have thought being around for 134 years might help¦) next time you talk about the teams at the top of the league.

I think we should be looking at young English players with great potential. Phillips or Ince would be nice. I'm unsure why non have the big clubs have gone in for Rhodes?? The blue don

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Because scoring 40 odd goals in League 1 is a lot different compared to scoring 40 goals in the Championship, let alone the Premiership. Believe me, I reckon a lot of clubs are monitoring Rhodes to see how he does in the Championship and and if he does well for the first half of the season, you may see a few teams bid for him come January.

Moody Blue

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Only seen him play a couple of times on TV, seemed okay but its impossible to judge by that. From what I gather he can play either left back or left midfield, and with DM's record if he thinks he is worth a punt fair enough, seems his value is around £600 to £750k so I guess a cheap squad player, don't really see him getting a look in with Baines and Peanuts in the team though.

4G AS FOLLOWS

What is 4G?
4G is a lightning-quick internet connection for mobile devices “ the fourth generation of wireless mobile communications technology, set to usurp the current 3G network in use today.

How fast is it?
It is said to offer speeds of up to 20Mb per second, faster than many home broadband connections but way behind current home fibre optic offerings which provide speeds of upto 100Mb.

4G means you will be able to download and stream music and videos easily while on the go “ a standard definition movie will take just 10-15 minutes to download via 4G. The faster connection also means mobile gamers will be able to enjoy richly detailed and complex online multiplayer games.

To date, more than 40 countries have rolled out 4G and are already reaping the benefits of faster mobile networks.

These nations include economic powerhouses such as the USA, Russia and Japan, and also smaller countries such as Angola, Kyrgyzstan and Tanzania.

Does Moyes even want Johnson any more?

How do we know he ever wanted him? Its all just speculation. The best policy is to wait for the club to make a statement.

Great start to the season. Moyes has not been given enough praise for his tactics on Monday. Let's hope we get at least a point at villa, it's never an easy ground for us with lots of draws. I hope Davie puts out a positive team from the start with mirralas in for maybe Neville or Ossie depending on where he plays felliani. Blueboy72
